This is an awesome place to see sunflowers (best time is late September to early October). The best hike to see sunflowers is the Mark Bed Flats Trail. Follow the red trail out to the flats and you will be immersed in a sea of yellow flowers. Be ready for mud/water up to your mid-calf if you want pictures in the fields. I highly suggest wearing rain boots that reach mid calf if you don’t want your feet getting wet.

Great hiking area near Oviedo. A nice short, well-earned trail leads to a cool observation tower near Lake Jesup.

Nice trail during the dry months. Plenty of wildlife. Deer, eagles, osprey, etc. The back part of the loop coming back hasn't been managed in a very long time. I was covered with burrs. Overall it's a decent short hike.

Very pretty. Some of the trails were wet and mucky even though there was not a lot of rain. The area we hiked was commonly used for horses.

Beautiful nature area however no parking at this entrance. It is gated and requires a code access.

Fun trail - gets wet after rains. Bring bugs spray. Shaded the majority of the trail. Worth the adventure.

Amazing trail! Saw various birds such as hawks and a bald eagle fly in front of us!
