Caitlin is phenomenal! She took care of the twelve of us without a hiccup! Food was great, family had a great time right before Xmas~ Thanks, the Collins & Lightfoot families~

A good steakhouse. The waiters in the shop are very patient and have a very good attitude. They often ask if they need service and how they feel about the food. The steak tastes very good. After I told the waiter that I am allergic to nuts, she immediately went to the kitchen to change the nuts in my salad. The overall experience was very good. The only drawback was that the serving time was a little slow, and you had to wait about half an hour.

Placed a curbside order for soup and salad. Order was supposed to be ready between 6:05 pm-6:10 pm. Received food at 6:50 pm! The salad had no cucumbers, four croutons, and three tomato halves that look unedible.

Went to diner to celebrate my neice. The food was delicious. Our server Caitlin knew it was a special occasion and made sure everything was extra special. I really appreciated her taking the extra time to check on us throughout the meal.

Took a friend for her birthday. It was a success. Very comfortable. Bloomin' Onion still king. Hadn't had one in years. I do miss the Walkabout Cheesy Onion Soup. That's what used to bring me there.

We have been coming here for years and years (over 20!) and we always have a nice experience! The food was terrific! I cleaned my plate and our server Caitlin did a great job! got some gift certs too so we will be back. :)

Love that they have brought back the wedge salad! Great service (prompt, friendly, attentive) from server Kaitlin! I felt that the dipping sauce that comes with the coconut shrimp was overly sweet and taints one’s palate from savoring the rest of the meal.

The young woman (single-handedly!!) running the to-go station last night (11/12) was the ONLY good thing about our most recent visit to this Outback. Our family has been ordering from this Outback for years and the timeliness of the to-go service has ALWAYS been an issue so, in an attempt to hopefully make it a better experience, we placed our to-go order an hour and half before our scheduled pick up time of 6:00. We arrived at 5:55 and, despite ordering early, our food was not ready until 6:30 (and that was after I reminded the team that we were STILL waiting for a 6:00 pick order) and the explanation for it was laden with excuses, including that "the system doesn't print the ticket outs early enough" and that "ordering in advance isn't really worth it." By the time we were home and able to eat, the food wasn't even that great to have made the wait worth it. It's sad that, despite being loyal customers to this Outback location, it cannot even seem to be considerate of its customers.

Good place and good food. It's enough. Nothing that gonna blow your mind but we can say 7/10. The onion was really good.

The server mark was great and the food was perfect just what I asked for and more. One of the managers Murphy also stopped by the table to see how we where and if everything was going well, he was very friendly and welcoming. We will be back for that kind of experience for sure .

Filet is always fantastic! Polite and friendly staff and the seasonal drinks are excellent. Caitlin was a very attentive server. Great dinner!!

We came celebrating 18yrs married and we’re met with super friendly staff. Monica our server was excellent. Steaks were superb except as well as all the sides. Finally had broccoli as a side that wasn’t cold and very flavorful. Even though it was full in the dining room it was a quiet atmosphere.

We usually have good experiences at Outback Winter Springs - but tonight was odd. The start with our server was terrific! But once the manager came to check on everyone, we started to have issues & couldn’t get our server to come around. She checked on the 2 tables right next to us (twice in fact) as well as booths on the other side - but I tried to get her attention and she kept leaving the area. The 3rd time she went to check on the table next to us she apologized to them for taking so long 😳 she must have thought it was us she was talking to! She never apologized to us That table (who came in well after us) left while we were still waiting on our server to get a box & ask for the check. When she finally came to us to see if we were ready for our check well over 20-25 minutes waiting, she started being very confused & had to leave & comeback twice before we could pay & leave finally.

Very prompt, pleasant service from the hostess who seated Us. She was very accommodating and friendly while maintaining her professionalism. Our order was taken promptly and beverages were served. Our food was cooked to perfection and the prices were very fair.

We just finished a wonderful dinner at Outback in Winter Springs. What made the dinner so special was the wonderful service provided by Monica. She was friendly and efficient. She had lots of tables to serve, but treated each one as if it were her only table! What a talented young lady! We will definitely return soon and will call ahead to find out when Monica is working. Thank you, Monica, for making our evening so special!

It would've been perfect except for the waiter kind of rushing us as soon as we sat down. Wanted to know what we were drinking. I had no idea and I said I don't know I'd like to look at the menu. He stood there waiting, Soni kind of felt rushed to make a decision. So instead of looking at the bar drinks I settled for a lemonade to send him on his way. And one of our dinner companions asked for a to go cup 3X before he finally brought it...it was really just petty little things. I asked for one and he never brought it. The food was great though.

Delicious food and excellent customer service. Our server was Mars and she was super sweet and so attentive. It was a really great experience and highly recommended.

I was seated and served by Brandy! She was very patient and kind and took very nicely to the little things I asked for. I’m for sure making this my designated outback! The experience was amazing :)

Outback Steakhouse is a great experience all around. The restaurant is clean and has a really nice atmosphere. Our server was prompt and attentive without being overbearing. And the good was perfect, like it is every time. The serving size is also larger than other places. We took the leftovers home and had a second meal the next day, and it was just as good as the original.
