    I live right across the street from here but I HATE going to this location. I end up doing it more then I'd like out of convenience and I always regret it. They rarely get my coffee right which blows my mind since they are a coffee shop. Today, they forgot some of my order so I had to get back in a long line (Not the first time). Only to get home and find my donut with all the frosting melted and not looking great. Not to mention i always get this rude lady at the Drive-through

    Place wasn't very organized. Staff were rude. I waited 5 minutes before anyone came to take my order. I was the only customer inside & there were no drive through customers. I heard people giggling in the back. When I was finally recognized, the clerk wreaked of cigarette smoke. They didn't have much of a selection. It was around 10am. The clerk said, "Whatcha see is whatcha get." My young daughter asked for a slushi drink. "We ain't had those for 3 weeks kid." I've been there 3 other times and had similar experiences. I won't go again. We did get this cute bag with her favorite donut inside. Supposed to be a dog toy, but she loves it.

    If I can do anything less I would Icame to dunkin donuts on my break....ordered my food the young man in the window told me he couldn't help me because they take nothing more then a $20 dollar bill I asked for a manager he stated managers leaves at 12 there is only 2 of us here....That 1 is not my fault or my problem that you do not have a manager on duty but also no change...this will be my 1st and Last time to your establishment..Thanks for nothing!!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE😡

    Stopped here this morning and was delightfully surprised by the quality of excellence within the employees working. They made our order perfectly, gave us a cup of cream for the dog, and the man with the glasses (I didn’t catch his name) explained the process of how to properly steep my tea and ice it. Imari was also there and she was very kind and helpful. Both of these people deserve a raise! They brightened my day and I’m sure they will brighten yours too.

    Sometimes it’s the little things in customer service that count. This morning the cashier gave me a great smile with two thumbs up and it just made my day 👍👍😄

    Every time I go here the donuts are not soft and they make your iced drinks with a splash of flavor and all creamer or milk. My latte should not be this light. I recommend the Dunkin’ on Brian dairy. Or skip Dunkin’ and go to Starbucks at this point cause the quality of coffee or latte drinks is horrible.

    This is by far my favorite dunken donuts but it's so!! Busy but the food is always hot n fresh just make sure you get here early if you want donuts they go fast.

    Little disappointed that Duncan got rid of the hazelnut sweet syrup for black coffee. Ask for black coffee with sweet hazelnut okay go sit down to eat drink it and there's cream in it when someone says black coffee that should tell you they want black coffee hazelnut swirl cream and their coffee LOL just saying! ask for my bacon to be crispy they did a good job on getting my croissant a little crispy instead lol

    I went through the drive through and my coffee was not right. I went in to get it fixed and it didn't seem like a priority to either one of the people working. They both moved on to making new orders instead of remaking mine. I told the girl that I had to leave and she gave me an attitude before finally remaking it correctly.

    Bad day at Dunkin! Staff was rude and untrained. Ordered a drink, handed them my $15 dunkin cup and then charged me the full price of a drink to fill it instead of half price. When I questioned him he said the register wouldn't let him do it so there was nothing he could do? Ordered a breakfast sandwich and asked for salt and pepper, the guy making the sandwiches rolled his eyes and handed me a huge handful of packets and walked away. I took the one packet each that I needed and left the rest on the counter. Won't be going to this location again. Mondays are bad enough, I don't need this kind of attitude added to it.
