For as many employees as there were when I was there, i could not believe How torn apart that store was. Felt like nothing was in the right department and there were huge mounds of stuff piled in the walkways. One of my worst retail experiences.

I feel bad for the employees of this store. There’s two registers open on a Saturday evening, store looks like a tornado touched down, just awful. Good luck trying clothes on- the fitting rooms in back aren’t staffed so you have to wait for one of two stalls up front. They’re jammed full of so many go-backs you’ll have to concede defeat and join to customers who opted to toss theirs on the floor so that you have a place to hang yours. I cannot imagine this poor team cleans this each night. I’m sure the store looks like garbage open to close regardless of their efforts. Hire more people.

Horrible! The store is a total wreck. Product thrown everywhere. Shelving hanging off fixtures. ZERO customer service. They could care less if you shop there at all! Walk right by 10 customers standing in line with 1 cashier! Why do you have 11 registers?! Obviously for show! Avoid this place. Go to the one on east bay drive.

I usually don’t write reviews. However, the terrible experience that my mother went through at Store # 00353 made me want to post this. She checked out at 6:06 pm on 11/27/23. The cashier did not even interact with her and was busy chatting with the associate cashier right next to her. She forgot to give my mother her change, $63. My mother had to go through the line again to tell the cashier and show her the receipt. The cashier did not believe her, was flippant, and told her to wait for a manager or leadership. My mother felt very belittled and discriminated against. She had to wait a THIRD time and longer for the manager to arrive and check. She finally received her correct change.

This store is still kind of new,but - gee - they need someone to clean up the store. The sizes of the clothes are not even close to where they should be! You look at the hanger, it says M, but the cloth says 3X! And that is not just one or the other piece. No! It’s with 95% of their inventory! You really have to go through every single item in order to find what you may be looking for. Is it really that difficult to match the correct hanger tab with the size the cloth item is showing? Use your brain and start earning your money that you get! It took us long enough, but we found a few items. There is so much to see, but it really would be way more fun if everything was in place.

They have a HUGE variety of clothing (and more) in name brand for amazing prices but SO hard to find what you’re looking for because of the extreme disorganization of merchandise, especially by sizing. Didn’t realize how large the store was (must be hard to keep it neat) so it was definitely worth checking out!

Use to be better now not so much but I still visit from time to time. There is always only 1-2 out of about 9 registers open no matter when I visit.

This store always has lots of options, but they did not have what I was looking for the last couple time. The shorts they offer for woman are so tiny
