I've never done my lashes before and was really nervous but Tia did the most fantastic job! I literally couldn't be happier. She was so professional and talked me through the whole process so I knew exactly what was going on. I couldn't recommend her more to anyone, make the journey and go! Her prices are very reasonable and she also does the best manicure too! (Not to mention at the same time as the lashes to make the most of time!) If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Very friendly as soon as I arrived in & such a cute little shop (very clean & cosy!) Wasn’t sure on what style to get but the ladies allowed me too take my time & helped me decide :) The process was super relaxing! The woman who done my eyelashes was very gentle with me & took a lot of attention to details with them. Really happy with my eyelashes!

I booked an appointment for eye lash extensions. I witnessed previous review written on here interaction!! The lady stated that she wanted a specific look, the staff confirmed this and proceeded with customers eyelash extensions. Staff were very professional when customer became upset and caused a scene in the salon. The manager handled this very well and explained to the customer this is what she stated she wanted and offered solutions for the customer. My experience was very good. Staff helped me charge my phone as it was low battery and helped me to the bathroom during the session. My eyelashes are really beautiful and I highly recommend!! Very cute decor and very clean also :)))

Came here on my first week in Bali, and it was pretty good. the place is clean and the chair is pretty comfy. The lady was very helpful and actually recommended to me what kind of eyelashes and nails I should get. This is something I'm looking for in a beauty salon, sometimes i'm just helpless and need suggestions, and voila the ladies did a wonderful job on my eyelashes and nails. I'm very happy with the service, I would come back for sure!

Very excellent salon!🤗 They did very beautiful eyelashes and eyebrows for me. I hadn’t seen my eyelashes before, but now they look very perfect 😍 I also want to say thank you for the cat eye manicure, they offered me the color silver and I agreed, and I didn’t regret it, it turned out great😍 The masters here are very kind and polite👌 while we were doing the manicure we talked with the master and the time ran very quickly😅 I'll come back here again, thank you ❤️❤️
