It was a very great experience! For everyone who wants to hike the rinjani i can just recommend this Company. Guide and Porter have been very friendly, the food was everyday very good . Equipment was also in good shape. We meet other people on our way from a different Company who haven't had enough water! So don't save your Money in this point and go to a good company like this, so you can have a beautiful experience!

Nice trekking company, they took us to the Rim and we enjoyed it very much! Great food, comfortable sleep, just the tent zipper was not working well.

Best experience ever! We booked a 2 days 1 night trekking to the Rinjani Summit. We got picked up by the hotel in the morning and everything is taken care of from that point. The climb itself is difficult but worth every drop of sweat once at the top! Our guide Sap was honestly one of the best guides ever. He made sure to help us when it was difficult, he carried bags when he saw we needed it and pulled one of us up the mountain the last hour before reaching the summit. Sap, and also the porters Awan and Amat cooked the best meals you can wish for. We enjoyed a curry on the crater rim with sunset and even got french fries when we got back from the top. The biggest respect for those guys carrying all the heavy equipment!! One tip: listen to the reconmendations; take worm clothes, hire a walking stick and above all: wear good hiking shoes because you will regret not using those on the way back down. We want to thank Sap, Awan and Amat for making a memory we will never forget!

it was a wonderful experience!! both our guide, Wadi, and the porters, Mar, June and Mul have been a very attentive team and always waiting for us to be okay! they have adapted the route to our needs and we made a stop at the thermal waters!! a great team... it wouldn't have been possible without them! you know, if you go to the trekking center, ask for the wadi ;)

After searching among hundreds of providers we decided on the Rinjani Trekking Center and it was a great success. We did the route for 3 days and 2 nights. It is a fairly hard route but if you are in shape it is worth it. The second day after arriving at the lake we were very tired and Bangkok recommended that we take a different path that was not so difficult and was also very beautiful, the return through the town of Torean. Our Bangkok guide was very professional, he knows all the roads and helped us through the most difficult sections. The porters Awal and Sudar were always in a good mood, they cooked better than in many of the restaurants we have eaten in in Bali and they were in charge of setting up everything in the camp. Along the way we were able to compare our guide, porters and food with other providers and ours were always the best. So if your budget fits, don't hesitate to hire them!

Great tour operator! Clear information up front and friendly and good English speaking guide Pendi led us up the challenging route. When I unfortunately got sick during our 3-day trekking it was no problem to change it to 2 days. They even arranged an extra night in an homestay and our transfer to the next destination as we were coming down the mountain. Professional and very friendly!

Everything was really well organised! We were picked up at the harbour and the homestay was excellent! During the check in, all the staff was really friendly! Our guide Karno and our porters were absolutely wonderful! Karno really made sure we were okay during the whole trip and changed the pace if we wanted to walk slower or faster. The food that was prepared for us during the whole trip was yummy!! Also the porters secured a really good camping spot on the crater rim for us! We want to thank Karno and the porters again for the fun timeee! 🤗 we would really recommend going up the Rinjani with Rinjani Trekking Center!

This is with the head full of countless memories, that we are writing those lines. We are so grateful for the unique experience we had climbing Rinjani, and this is widely thanks to the amazing team that took care of us all along the 3 days trip, our guide Ali, and the 2 porters, Soup & Dan. All of them, they have taken a great care of us, and we felt at home in the middle of those pictural mountains. We can only command on Ali, our guide, who is really kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He knows perfectly every corner of this mountains haze, and guided us well during the trip. Then of course, this trip is worth the effort! You can expect extraordinary sceneries, unique emotions and sensations. You’ll experience incredible panoramas, sea of clouds while at the tops of the mountains, and deep silence which is so rare.. We had the 3 days / 2 nights trip – which requires to be in good physical conditions, otherwise, it would wipe out the fun, and it would be also quite dangerous. Few tips that I would have appreciated to have before starting this adventure: first, invest in a true & good hiking shoes (I had only running shoes, which turned out to be not suitable and even dangerous for some parts of the trek); secondly, remember to bring very warm clothes with you (thankfully, Ali brought us to a local market where we could buy warm jackets before the expedition)!! Again a huge Kudos to the team and many many many thanks to them 3 ! Looking forward to see you again!!

It was a challenging trip, but all facilities such as the place to sleep, the delicious food and the guide were of good quality, which made the trip enjoyable. Thank you for spoiling us so much these 3 days.

this 3 days experience was wonderful, with beautiful landscapes, very nice porters and my guide Wadi was the best
