ですが、受付の女性が最悪すぎました。とにかく仕事ができないと思います。いい病院なのに受付のせいで良さが半減するのでもっと指導した方がいいと思います。大きい病院へ紹介してもらい、いつ大きい病院へ受診になるか連絡をもらうことになっていたのですが、なかなか連絡が来ず次の日は午前診療のみでその後はクリニックが長期休みに入ってしまうところまできたので、18時ごろ連絡すると受付の女性が「すみません、大きい病院への日時はもう決まってて連絡しようと思ってたんですけど、仕事がバタバタしてて、、今連絡しようと思ってて、、」と言われ3日後が大きい病院への受診日と分かりましたがクリニックは次の日の午前の診察が終わると長期休みに入ってしまってしまうのに「クリニックまで紹介状を取りに来てください。」とその時に言われました。次の日の午前は予定が入っていたのですが、次の日の午前しかクリニックは空いていないため次の日の3時間しか取りに行ける時間がありませんでした。「それなら連絡するの遅すぎませんか?私から今連絡してますけど逆にいつ私に連絡しようと思ってたんですか?明日の午前しか取りに行けないのに。しかも明日予定入ってるのですが。」というと「そうですねすみません、仕事が忙しくて、、今連絡しようと思ってたんですけど、、」と言い訳を何度も繰り返してきました。次の日の予定をキャンセルし紹介状を次の日取りに行ったのですがそこでもまた不備がありイライラさせられました。とにかく仕事が遅いのはもちろん、大きい病院の診察日の日時場所がかいてある予約表を紹介状を入れる封筒の中に入れ封をして渡してきて、日時等がわかる紙が全くない状態でした。「予約表は普通紹介状の封筒に入れずわたしに渡すものではないんですか?」と聞くと「いや一緒に入れるって教えてもらったんでそういうものみたいなんです〜心配なら取りましょうか?」と言われました、ただでさえ時間がかかってたのにまた封をした封筒から出して手書きで宛名を書いたりするのに時間がかかりそうだったので「そういうものということならいいです」と言って駐車場へ戻りましたが、あの受付の方を信用できないというのとやはり予約表が無いと心配だと思いクリニックに戻り「予約表やっぱり出してください」というと「わかりました」と言われまた一からやり直しで時間がかかりました。取り出された予約表を見るとあきらかに紹介状と一緒に封筒にいれて封をするものではなく、大きい病院へ行ったらどこの場所でどう言う流れで受付をするかやこの予約表を保険証と一緒に出す、というようなことがかかれておりました。実際その大きい病院へ行った際、最初に「予約表を見せてください」と言われました。もし予約表を封筒から取り出してなければそこで時間がかかりめんどくさいことになっていたと思います。

その上声も小さくて聞き取りずらいことが多々あり普段なら気にならないかもしれませんが本当にイライラさせられました。受付の女性はもっときちんと仕事を学んでください。
