Despite being TOP in 2015, the facade of the condo speaks volume of the maintenance done by the MCST. Facilities and common areas are beautifully maintained. Love the pool and the gym in particular. Pool is wide and long enough for laps while the gym has a decent array of equipments and free weights.

It is very green here. Visitors are to park on B1 and residents park on L1. So you need to drive up one more level before you can see the exit. The gate security system doesn't work well. Both times, the owner of the condo had to come down to press the electronic control personally before we, the guests, can go up.

I would to complain regarding the chinese secuirty guard at 19 june 2022 time check 1720hrs at riversound reaidence senkang after i delivwered the food i need to go out so aecuirty inside mist up the barricade to let me out but instead just ignore, i rang the bicycle ring still ignore such ruse behaviour and un professional and responsible person. Please teach him a lesson give watning thank you.. would like to hear from you.

Nice place to bbq. Not charcoal but electric stoves. Very good cooking facilities. Pool is beautiful. Tennis courts and skyline view from rooftop lounge area. Friendly and helpful security personnels.
