Very Good hotel. Comfortable, big rooms, very clean and excellent breakfast. Staff are friendly and speak English. Also, safe secure parking is directly on site. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. One Tip: If available make sure that you ask for a room away from the road. The roadside rooms might be slightly noisy with traffic in the morning.

My review is based on a period of 2 weeks My visit to Grand hotel Senica was in December 2017. Duration of staying: 2 weeks in appartment room. In the hotel there is a good vibe and service from the crew. And overall i had a good experience during my time over there. But there is one girl in the hotel ( Kristina on name tag) That needs a training how to treat customers who pay money for staying and comfort. She does not show any hospitality, spontaneity or smile at all. My advise as a customer is to give training to her so she can improof here skils and servise. I rate this hotel 8,5/10 For the rest of the crew keep it up doing a great job!!!!!!

Very nice hotel, with lovely staff

There is no reception desk upon arrival at the hotel. Just the phone number on the door. Upon arrival, we found out about the inability to use the Wellness Zone. We found out about it only after a day at the hotel (service to winter, stay in early July).Standard rooms, clean. I was most disappointed in the wellness zone because it was an important criterion when looking for a hotel

Very clean hotel and the rooms are cosy. The service in the morning in the bufet was great. The staff were very nice and there were variety of options for breakfast.

Schöne aufgeräumte Zimmer, guter Service. Die Lage ist zentral was einerseits positiv ist, andererseits hört man morgens den Berufsverkehr. In Summe 4 von 5 Sterne.

Sauber aber wenn man duschen will muss man sich Zeit nehmen da Warmwasser sehr sehr sehr lange braucht um anzukommen ca.10 min
