Pam is an amazing waitress who manages to make her job look easy. She knows the restaurant, it’s menu & is able to make recommendations by rolling them into her greetings & friendly table check ups without commanding your attention to deliver them. The food was spectacular and I didn’t want it to end. Exceptional bar with more drink choices than you can readily think of. Vibe provides all the comforts of home without any of the distractions of things you need to accomplish so you just relax & enjoy being in town. We all wanted grilled salmon so our food plates weren’t very diverse but it was cooked to perfection. We were also very glad to find an elevator because the elderly folks in our group struggled with the steps at the obvious entrance and had much easier time exiting. Elevator enters/exits from Main Street rather than the side street, so if you’re not familiar, it might be a little difficult to find.

Great food and very nice Irish pub setting. The restaurant is spotless and the staff is so friendly. Always enjoy my visits and highly recommend. Has the pot pie, Reubens appetizer, French onion soup, monte cristo sandwich and fish n chips. Yummy!

Was brought for birthday dinner and unfortunately it was equivalent to gas station food. Establishment was decent but the actual food was a disaster. The seasoned rice is actually just really salty. The pretzel and dip was actually just a small serving of bagged pretzels in Heinz? honey mustard. The Bourbon chicken serving is about half what a regular restaurant serves and you need to ask for an extra shot of Jameson on their old fashioned to dilute the sugar.

My wife and I ate lunch there today and it was excellent. My wife had the fish n chips and I ordered the bangers n mash. I also ordered a blackberry whiskey sour to start things off right! The food and service were amazing. Always recommend this spot to anyone looking for something off the beat and path with a great environment, food, and people.

The wait-staff is incredibly attentive and personable. The restaurant is clean & well-kept, food is meticulously prepared, and the portions are hefty; plenty for left-overs. Another fantastic experience with amazing ambiance! Definitely a ‘must-visit’ if you’re in the area.

Maguire's is a wonderful restaurant restaurant to eat at. The food is always good! I highly recommend it. My all time favorite menu item is the Donut Burger! First picture is the Irish Dip, Then the Donut Burger and then the soft pretzels with Cheese.

Such a cool Irish Pub in downtown Senoia! We had our company Christmas party here. Super prompt communication with reserving their cork room. The day of our event we had excellent service and amazing food!

Excellent experience! We had the corned beef spring rolls for an appetizer, which were amazing, then husband and I had steak and Guinness pie,, which was also very good. Our son had cottage pie and loved it. We then had the bread pudding and brownie sundae. Everything from start to finish was very good. Our server, James, was on point. Other servers and staff also stopped by to check on us. They all seem to work as a team, which is very nice to see. This place is a keeper!

I only got the fish and chips but they were pretty good! I really love their fries. The tartar sauce is ok. It was $20 with tax but it was good!

One of the best dining experiences we had. The atmosphere was perfect, the service was stellar and the food amazing. If I didn't live 4 hours away I would be here once a week. If you are within an hour drive of here, it's definitely worth the drive.

4 stars just for having Smithwick's on tap! 😉 Add an interesting and unique menu, very good service, and very good food, and you've got a place I'll return to often.

This was my first time at this restaurant. The place itself looks nice. The server was ok. The food I ordered was the cottage pie. It tasted great but there was too much salt.

Really cool pub dinning experience, with a large variety of drinks and food options. This particular night, it wasn't very busy, big service was slow to respond. This night, I had the Cottage Pie. Very hearty and so good. Very filling since it is a lot of mashed potatoes.

Wife and I stopped in for lunch on New Years Eve day. Per usual sat at the bar. Jennifer, the bar tender, was hoping - really busy but welcomed us and menus straight off. It had been a while since we had been here but it was pretty much every bit as good as I remembered (other than they no longer have lamb shanks, which were wonderful, on their menu). Had a well made Blacksmith (Guinness/Smithwicks half and half) as well as a Highland Gaelic Ale. Wife and I both had burgers, which were both wonderful, with the fries that were incredible. I confess we've been to Senoia LOTS of times since we last ate here and just forget that it's there when thinking about places to eat. Won't make that mistake again.

We had a wonderful experience here. Lovely server, the food came out fast and was delish!!! We had to order 2 mustards to go. It is definitely some of the best I've ever had! Beef tips melted in your mouth, chicken pot pie was very savory, burgers done to perfection! Do not have one complaint. Nothing disappointed!

Maguire’s in Senoia offers an exceptional dining experience that truly stands out. The burgers are a highlight, especially the pub smash and the GF avocado burger, both cooked to a perfect medium, offering a burst of flavors that delight the palate. The service is impeccable, with Barbara, our waitress, providing an amazing, attentive experience that made the meal even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is inviting and comfortable, enhanced by a well-curated selection of Christmas music that adds to the festive ambiance without being overwhelming. The genuine smiles from everyone around further contribute to a warm and welcoming environment. Maguire’s is deserving of a full 5-star rating for its delicious food, outstanding service, and wonderful atmosphere. A must-visit for anyone in Senoia looking for a memorable meal!

The staff was professional and acknowledged us promptly. There was bit of a wait, however, when the food arrived it was hot. The manager apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience. This was our second visit and the food was DELICIOUS both times! My mouth is watering for the next visit. Kudos to the chef!

Great food, people, and service (and prices). Cute location, too, to say nothing of the idyllic town. No LTE and overloaded WiFi, but it makes for a nice break.

Food was terrific but even more impressive was the service we received from our waitress, Barb. Our group of 9 came in and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. I’m sure large parties can be a pain but she was on top of everything and made the one meal per year that our extended family has together an extra special one. Thank you so much, excellent job!!

The food was fresh and delicious! Our group ordered the hot pretzels with your special mustard as an appetizer and loved them! Our entrees included the Avocado Bacon Burger & sweet potato fries, fish & chips with coleslaw and fries, and the meatloaf with mashed potatoes, gravy, and fresh green beans. Every item was amazing! We’ll be back!

Amazing restaurant...the staff here is fantastic, especially Barbara who helped us set up the included photo prank with my neice. Instantly became our go to spot after just the first visit.

This was our first visit based on the recommendation of a friend. The food and service was excellent. For an appetizer, we ordered the Reuben egg rolls and they were fantastic-loaded with their house made corned beef. Our entrees were the teriyaki salmon with Brussels (goat cheese, bacon and balsamic) and homemade mashed potato’s with the second entree being the bourbon and bacon cream sauce glazed chicken with the same sides. We signed up for the rewards program and made a Thanksgiving dinner reservation based on this positive experience. We aren’t a fan of the credit card service charge but we read the posted sign and understand the rationale.

Everything we ate here was amazing. From the Irish Dip, the meatloaf and the cottage pie. It was ALL delicious. Staff were friendly and the decor was A+. Such a cool little place to hang out! We will definitely be back😃 also this place does have an elevator for handicap accessibility ❤

The atmosphere of the place is what caught my attention when I first walked in. The decor sets this place apart from many others. The food was delicious as was the drink. I had Scotch eggs for the first time and they were great. The Irish Bangers was also good and the cook knows how to make onion rings right. Staff was attentive and right on time. Definitely going back.

Beautiful pub located on a side street off of Main street. First I love the location. It is nice and quiet during the lunch hour. And coming out of the summer heat it is completely refreshing to step down into restaurant from the street which since it sits below street level is much cooler. The decor is very classy, lots of woodwork and details. The food is extremely delicious with healthy sized portions. My oldest kid was raving about the beer battered Fish and Chips. Declaring it the best around. I had a good sized Reuben with homemade chips. The chips were ok but I think they're a bit hard to eat. I would get fries next time. I really liked how all the Gluten free foods were clearly marked on the menu. My wife got a bacon burger with a gluten free bun. Very tasty with brown cured bacon! We will be back. My oldest wants to have her next birthday meal here.

Although we were only having lunch, we love your great happy hour. My biggest complaint is your $2.00 service charge. Really!! That turns me off when we are trying to decide where to go out and eat. Prices are high enough without extra fees. I would think that for a $17 hamburger that would include fees and overhead!

his was our first visit on Friday evening 10/14/2022 at about 7:45pm. Savannah was our server and she was outstanding. She informed us of the nightly special and was very helpful on our selection of cocktails. We tried the Blackberry margarita, the Blackberry whiskey sour and the Sunrise 27. We enjoyed all of the them. My husband had the delicious French onion soup, outstanding chicken pot pie and I thoroughly enjoyed the fish and chips. I also got the delicious bread pudding and took it home to savor it with my Sunday morning coffee. We so enjoyed the location (downstairs), I immediately thought of the pub on "Cheers" and the quaintness of the pub. I have never been to Ireland but we definitely want to go, especially now after visiting this establishment. Savannah and the whole staff made us feel like we were old friends. My husband said he wants to go back and request Savannah as our server again. We now also want to try your other location in Peachtree City.

Bangers, mash, onions and mushrooms. The brown gravy tied it all together for one of the better meals I’ve eaten in a restaurant in years. Will definitely come back.

Came here with a group for work. Loved the atmosphere and I wanted to sit at the bar and just hang out but our group was in the back room. I had the Guinness Steak over potatoes and it was delicious. Portion was small FOR ME, but I am 250lbs. I’ll be back to try several other options I saw on the menu I wanted.

The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for an Irish establishment. The food is very under seasoned. Corned beef should have a lot of flavor and the chicken pot pie had very little flavor as well. We reordered our drink 3 times because the bartender kept adding water to a Bourbon Straight Up. She topped the rocks glass with ice and water.

This was our first time dining at Maguire’s and it did not disappoint. Our server, Sydney, was lovely took excellent care of us. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere made me feel like I was in Ireland. We will definitely be back, I’m sure, many times!

The food and atmosphere were great! I had never had the Irish Grilled Cheese before, and it was fabulous! Also, Savannah (our server) was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the food items. She made our visit even more enjoyable!

Very enjoyable. Our server was Kelly and she was great. It's a beautiful place. We love craft beer. But the Irish cheese and bacon sandwich, it is to die for!!!!!!!!!!! My husband had the sausages and he loved them. Overall, just the kind of place we are looking for. We are new to Georgia.

This was our second time going to McGuire's. The first time was an extremely busy Friday night (pre covid, this time last year). Even so, the service was prompt & the food was absolutely delish! I ordered the Bourbon Bacon Chicken, on that visit, with roasted brussel sprouts & mashed potatoes. Heaven in my mouth, y'all! We came for lunch today. We were seated fairly quickly. When our hostess put our menus down, the one she placed on top (drink menu) was visibly really dirty. She placed our silverware wrapped in a cloth napkin on top of that dirty menu. Kind of ick, but no big deal. We simply pushed those napkins away from our plates & used paper napkins instead. We ordered appetizers. Lobster stuffed mushrooms as well as one scotch egg. The mushrooms were SO good! Just keep in mind that they're pretty expensive ($12 if memory serves me well) and there are only 5 small mushrooms. The scotch egg wasn't bad, at all. We'd never had one before so really had no expectations. We each agreed that we'd probably never order one again as there wasn't much flavor goin on there, but it was a neat new food experience anyway. The honey mustard dipping sauce was tasty. One of our appetizer plates came out pretty dirty. Our waitress apologized and quickly replaced it for a clean one. For a meal, I ordered the fish & chips. The fish was cooked phenomenally and the homemade tartar sauce was spot on! The fries were just fries but not at all bad. And that bottomless slaw was super yum-o!!! Overall, a really good dish. My hubs got the Bourbon Bacon Chicken with brocolli & mash, this time. The chicken came out with very, very little sauce (which is liquid gold, ya'll, and an absolute must) but our waitress brought him out a small bowl (we later discovered that the bowl of liquid deliciousness cost an extra dollar but he said it was worth it, so it's all good) and so he left with a full belly and a smile on his face. Our waitress (I THINK her name was Julie or Julia) was extremely attentive & cheerful. Atmosphere is so fun. If it weren't for covid, we'd be regulars there, for sure.

Food was great, on expensive side($150 for five people with only one drink for four and soft drink for 5th person)but service was awful. In an hour and a half we were there the waitress only came to table 5 times. Once to take drink order, once to take order, once when husband got her attention as soft drink was empty, once when we asked for a dessert menu, and the last time when she brought the check. Won’t be going back due to expense and awful service. Shouldn’t have to get attention for drink re-fills or for a dessert menu. No excuse for bad service as they weren’t that busy.

The burger (St. James) and fries were fantastic! The service was ... off. I had such great food and service last time I was there that I was disappointed and embarrassed that I suggested we go. From the minute we walked in and waited to be seated (no one there), long wait for food .... waiting on beverage refills... augh. I would recommend for food for sure!!

First time we have been out to eat since February and Maguire’s did not disappoint. We invited a couple of friends out of town and everything we ordered was amazing. The only negative is that they no longer have the Irish nachos on the menu and was the main reason we decided to go. :(

  • 1/5 Isabela M. 3 years ago on Google
I used to visit Maguire’s at least twice a month. My prior visit was Friday 12/04th. Next and LAST visit was monday 12/07th. As a frequent customer I was aware of the appetizers special ( 50 % off) every day in the afternoon until 5 pm. Before I was seated I asked the front door hostess if they still have the appetizer specials and the answer was yes. So I proceed to seat down. Waitress came (Hannah), took our orders and brought our food. When I received the check I noticed the appetizers were not 50% off. As I brought it to the waitress attention she became outrageously irritated. At one point she did recognize it was her fault to not have informed me about the specials (change). For the record I would not mind to pay the full price and always when paying tips I have considered full price in consideration of their work but taking on a customer for their own mistake (lack of communication) is no cool. Anyways, the fact that she behaved in a way that appeared she was being bothered made me lost interest in return to this restaurant. My loyalty card was left behind to show I am planning to NOT return. So disappointing as we always tried to support this local business.

Went to Crosstown Grille for dinner last night and it was really, really good. My husband had the Monte Cristo and I had the fish tacos, both were wonderful! Service was excellent. The only bad part was we had just missed happy hour, but won't make that mistake again. Highly recommend Crosstown Grille!

Sloppy Joe Grilled Cheese. Need I say more? The only issue is with it being underground, there is no cell service. But that isn't something they can help. Just unplug and enjoy the food.

Ambiance was nice, Irish music filled the room making for a comforting environment. The food however brought me down from the natural high I was experiencing from my surroundings. Food was cooked fast which was fantastic, but the flavor was lacking majorly. I got the chicken pot pie, but the gravy tasted more like dish water than a broth flavor. I'm assuming the place is more known for its alcohol than it's food. My wife's food was something to be desired as well and she got the chicken tenders. Overall average experience. If you're looking for a change, it's of a different variety for the location, and takes you away to a different time when the food was more bland.
