I spent here 6 nights. Although the rooms have thin walls, there is applied a quite hour after 23:00, so you'll sleep well. The immediate neighbourhood area is not interesting, but it's about 10 minutes easy walk to Hyehwa station. The staff is nice, Mr. Bong too (although i've met him just once) and generally very friendly. The rooms and other areas could use some renewing (like paint the walls), though. The place is clean, cheap. But make sure you don't expect 4 star hotel for such price. I can recommend staying here

I had a comfortable stay here for 3 nights and i enjoyed the area as there is a lot of cosmetic shops. I got a nice room and heater works very fine. Staffs are very accommodating and you can leave your baggage before your check in time.

This is definitely a low budget hostel. If you are looking for a place to exclusively sleep and shower with zero comfort, it is the place. The staff don't have a high English level skill, but they can handle the basic needs you may have. I wasn't planning to stay there when I get in Seoul. I was transferred from another hostel because they hadn't enough beds for me and a friend. Therefore, I get there without knowing the place. I didn't expect what was coming. But I didn't like the infrastructure from this hostel. Again, it depends on what you are looking for.

Wonderful and pleasant stay. Absolutely courteous and friendly satff. Mr Bong is a kind heart always ready to help and listen to you. It was home away from home and If I visit again it is the place I want to go back.Very economical and you will love your freedom.kudos people! I had a lovely time

Nice and clean, friendly staffs and even the owner greets us warmly. There are 2 different building that close to each other, but the breakfast only on the main building so you have to go to another building to get your breakfast if you stay in the 2nd building. The facilities are great, but maybe kinda confusing because they only use Korean. the location also very great, many stores near it and even the convenience store is next to the 2nd building. very close to Hyehwa Station and the bus stop (I forgot the name of the bus stop). Great place with great deals. highly recommended 👍

I chose to stay here since my tour guide recommended it. The place is quite affordable, they have a kinda homey-vibe rooms. I was staying here for 3 days during the end-of-winter season, the temperature was really chilly, no snow, yet the room is quite warm. The staffs here were very nice. I might choose to stay here again just because of familiarity.

Loved the bedroom, very cute and cozy. Had a really comfortable good night sleep too. This place is suitable for backpackers who arent too fussy about their stay, but theres not much to say bad things on. Its quite cheap and very comfortable.

Friendly and helpful staff, Very clean, serves breakfast, laundry with dryer, there is also a private bar with pool table and game room. I think it's the best hostel in Seoul. Also located in hyewha district where you can spot Korean theatre actors and watch Korean plays.

While visiting Korea i did not only learn of its culture but I was able to experience it more in a different level and that is thanks to Bong House. I felt safe and at home, the rooms are comfy, the facilities are great, the staffs were very welcoming and the owner Mr. Bong was very approachable and helpful. Not only that to add more I met a lot of other guests from different countries and was able to bond with them! All in all it was a great experience visiting Korea and staying at Bong House. Highly recommended!
