A little hard to contact the host but he was willing to let us put our luggage in the room before check in time when we explained that we will be at Lotte World from 12PM to 10PM. Overall it was alright :)

The place is small, but it's cozy, and affordable. There's also a kitchen, and you can always refill your water. It's not far from a station, and there are a lot of bars if you're into that around the guesthouse.

Rooms are comfortable, owners were nice and helpful. Breakfast area is a little bit small and crowded. Very close to the Olympic Park, nice location.

Cleanliness is poor. You can hear the noises from the adjacent rooms. TV not functioning. Did not use the mini ref because it looks unsanitized.

주차장 매우 협소합니다. 주변 식당 많아서 굶을 걱정은 없습니다. (근데 주변식당이 꽤 비싸네요) 방에 주방없고 층에 하나 공용 주방있습니다 (전자레인지에 구멍이 뚫려있습니다=0=) 방은 고시텔 느낌?(많이 좁네요)

値段相応の狭さ。寝るぶんに不都合はないので問題なし。ただし深夜に到着するとチェックイン時にフロント不在なので自分のスマホで電話連絡して対応してもらう。
