Nice place to stay if you have group or family The place was neat and clean. The road to the hotel was very steep but you can get the great view of han river.

The guesthouse is a great quirky place. The location is good as it is quite central in Seoul. There is a steep hill to walk up but it’s really not that bad even with luggage. They will also pick you up from the train station if you need. The rooms are nice and ours had a kitchenette. Room was clean. Sheets were clean. Only one problem was that our room had a lot of mosquitoes. There is mosquito net but not really installed properly. They have computers and a printer in the common room. Breakfast options were minimal with cereal, bread, and eggs. I would stay again. Also they have a nice rooftop with nice views of the river!

Really nice and clean place to stay if u went to Korea!! They will give u the best service and free breakfast for everyone :))))) there are two little cute dogs name Candy and Popcorn, they r sweet ~~ The price around 20$/night if u chose sharing with the other. Check the roof-top to see all over Han river at night

I stayed there one week in December 2022 as I came to visit my grandson. Small hotel. In fact it s a B & B. No breakfast available but a small kitchen in the room. Rate OK for Seoul city which is expensive.

it has great roof top.and kitchen access. All other services are paid You had to pick up your trash and dump by yourself. Had extremely steep slopes ...so if you have health issues don't consider this place. Boring neighborhood nothing much to do around...all the places are far away. When we stayed there there was construction work going on was noisy. Other guests who stayed upstairs wer walking and jumping, even there wer drunk people talking loudly outside our room and someone tried to open the door..was scary Won't visit again and won't suggest anyone.

OK, so this is how it really is. 1. It is faaaaaaaaar from Hongdae. Took me 45 mins to get there. :(( 2. You have to go up a looooooong hill, very steep - and after all the walking, it will be hard to find. 3. There is a biiiig construction work going on right next building, it looks horrible. 4, dogs barking nonstop 3, 4am in the morning in neighborhood - no sleep for 2 hours, 5. If it rains, roads are dangerous : streets up there are very narrow, with cars whizzing by. 6. NOTHING much to do around the guesthouse, no night life, no Hongdae parties :(( 7. Claustrophic corridors - you've been warned ⚠️

Very friendly staff, we had a nice stay in there. The room is very clean, they even provide you with facial products. 😆 What I loved the most is that they can pick you up and accompany back to the Metro Station. Nice location just a bit tiresome the walk up the hill to reach the guesthouse.

I went on a trip with my family last summer. The room was divided by color, and we used white room. So I felt good and clean. And we can eat breakfast with simple food. This accomodation is the one that I want to stay at later.

A great starting point, we arrived there a few hours after landing in seoul. A bit of a steep walk if you are carrying backpacks - make sure you arrange to be picked up from the subway exit as they offer this service - but a great area to live in, quiet and with many great restaurants and amenities around. The room we stayed (a standard double) was cozy, clean, quirkyand homely. We are going back again before our return flight home. Strongly recommended

I have been living in this guesthouse for a very long time. The service is excellent. The owner always communicates with me if I need something. There is plenty of space on the roof to relax. The rental price is very good. There is an apparatus with hot and cold water, as well as a microwave oven. At my personal disposal is a small kitchen in the room. The room is clean and there is always cleaning. Nearby there is a river and a place for a walk. There are several convenience stores and restaurants with chicken and other food. The road to the metro takes 5 minutes on foot. I am very happy with everything! Thank you very much!
