Lotte World Tower is a great spot to admire panoramic views of Seoul. Compared with N Seoul Tower they are just slightly less spectacular as its location is not so central. Shibuya Sky in Tokyo, Bitexco Tower in Ho Chi Minh, Taipei 101, Bangkok samut Prakan, umeda sky in Osaka) We went around 5 pm which was around sunset time and there wasn’t too much of a wait but it does take time to get to the top because there are many lines to proceed through. It is worth visiting the observatory deck but I would recommend to go there in evening to enjoy night view of Seoul city. On deck you can easily spend 1 hour but not more than that required. We got off at 117th floor and walked around then go up floor by floor till 123rd. The view was fantastic. We stopped to see their aquarium and did some eye shopping.
