nice value hotel. 3 of us stay for 6 nights. Double bed with bunk bed. Around 95.000 won per night including breakfast. Check in start at 3pm, check out at 11 am. You can change towel everyday but bed sheet can only be changr after 3 days. There is washing machine and dryer (self service) in common area. Breakfast is the same everyday. Consist of rice, pasta, salad, boiled egg, sausage, dumpling, cereal, bread and cream soup. However the majority of foods made of pork, so watch out. Located near to subway station (6minute walk) and even closer to bus station.

It is great overall. The beds are standard. They have 3 floor beds. Everything seems very clean and organized. I am taking one star down because the shower area for mixed rooms is not convenient at all. The shower place has no place to put the towel/clothes to change, where they are kept dry waiting. It implies some gymnastics to put the clothes outside and hope no one is outside when you get the clothes to change. They had 2 shower rooms, one broken and the shower head of the available one was broken too. Apart from that, will totally come back when need to stay in Seoul.

Price was affordable. I stayed in the double room, and it is small. No complaints about the space but just didn't anticipate many things. It is not a hotel. Should be appropriately name to dormitory or motel. There were no room services, so most things you have to do it by your own like, You can get fresh towels from the lobby if you need it, and making up room requires you to fill in some form and drop it at the lobby, I misunderstood the form, so my room wasn't cleaned for 3 nights stay. It was horrible clean everything myself while staying in a 'hotel'. The room has mosquitoes, I had to get up in the middle of the night to get rid of it, and also it can be warm. You can't are not allowed to open the windows because of the weather, so there is no way to cool the room down. Plus, opening the windows will bring in more mosquitoes due to the construction or something. Someone on the floor keeps slamming the door at 2am and it's heard all over and woke me up. You can't call the reception for help because there is no phone in the room. All in all, if you just need a place to stay (no guarantee that you will have peaceful nights because of the other guests and other factors), you can stay here. Place is quiet and behind the alley, so it is dark and has less people at night. Some may feel that it is not safe. Extremely annoyed with how thin walls were, as the closing of doors can be heard really loudly. Staff are quite helpful and also the place has coin laundry. I just didn't expect not to have a good rest due to unpleasant experiences that occurred. Location near Dongmyo station but it's not near any of those main attractions, you can access other spots by the subway or buses.

I stayed in the dorm room and considering the price, it might be reasonable but still, there were so many rules and how the staff were not friendly made me a little uncomfortable. Not going to stay here next time when I’m in Seoul, I’m sure there are better options. However the location was great.

Most of staff was not friendly , just one super kind/friendly woman that also was the only one who could speak english with me. Room is big enough and modern, even the window wall was a little broken and dirty. I highly don’t recommend people staying floor 13… is just below the presidential rooms which has wood floor and that makes extremely noisy , it sound like dinosaur step and most of my stay i dont know what’s wrong with those guest running and literally dragging furniture all day even at 3 am But overall it has been my most pleasant not expensive accommodation in Seoul.

I will not recommend this place to anyone. I stayed in room 1201. The door of toilet can not be closed due to size of the door. I booked room with breakfast included. But when it comes to breakfast, they give you one juice bottle and single bread . You can't check-in before 3pm. You can see the toilet door in the picture. I never expected that in Korean hotel.

The dorm is excellent but the door makes a huge noise every time it closes. The pull down curtains are no good, the wooden sticks would knock against the sides making unnecessary noise also

this hotel met our expectations, even beond. the towels were just the right size. Dont even get me started on thos beds THEY WERE SO COUMFY! The clenlynesss was next level. They give you a nice big jug of juice and 4 loafs of fleshly toasted bread with a nice spread of margarin. All the mirrors were clean perfectly. 5 star gotel for sure

If you Are looking for an affordable hotel, this is probably one of the best options. It is a 5 min walk from dongmyo metro station, and dongmyo flea market is just down the street.

Friendly staff! The rooms have enough space so you can open luggage, you can keep it open below the beds as well. They offer room cleaning and amenities restocking (tissue, towel). Hotel is near dongmyo station, about 8 min walk. There are nearby convenience stores- emart 24, gs25 and CU.

The bed was comfortable but there was a guy snoring all night in the dorm room and I couldn’t fall asleep. The hotel gets 4 stars but the snoring guy gets -1 star.

Good for foreign tourists and cheap, however the rooms have 2 flaws that may easily be the deterrant: 1. The bathroom doors are almost transparent so all occupants can see who is showering, and the design has nowhere to change clothes privately 2. The mattresses are low quality so they hurt your muscles only after 2 nights However if you are travelling alone, then it should be right enough

The hostel bed was good, very privative. The toilet and shower room wasn’t very good because you cannot close the door

Great location, fun neighborhood, close to buses and metro. Bed was weird and covered on plastic which will make you sweat, it was intolerable, but I moved the comforter from the top bunk down to lay on top of and then it was just great.

I stayed at this hotel for 1 night. I had a little problem with my booking but the staff was really helping and kind. I had no communication problem since the girl at reception also knew English. The room was nice with everything at a reasonable price. The best thing I like was, Muslim ☪️ shower in the rest room. (Picture attached) The staff was super responsive as they responded within 3 min on my call. The location was inside a street almost 3 min walk from subway Station but I think it doesn't matter when you get a room at good price. They was also a convenience store just in front of hotel.

Location-wise, its a bit far from the Train station and its a bit difficult to get there for luggage carriers but hotel-wise its quite excellent. This review will be void after 1 year when l post. The reason is due to the fact the hotel staff will likely neglect the cleanliness of the rooms. Nevertheless the price is acceptable for the current state of room. Air-conditioning will be turned off during winter seasons and you will most likely need to depend on the wind from outside the windows. It will be humid for those people who can stand the cold whereas its a haven for those who likes it just nice.

I stayed in the dorms, which were super nice. They are the capsule kind of dorms so each bed is pretty private. The one downside is that there are some beds that require stairs to get up to, so you cant keep your luggage nearby. Bathrooms are nice and the breakfast was amazing. Getting to the hotel was the worst part of this entire stay because I had to lug 2 large suitcases with me, but otherwise amazing stay overall

I adored this place! The location was amazing, the rooms were incredible, and the staff was very helpful!! I stayed in an 8 person shared room, I believe, and it was more of a capsule hotel than anything. The bathroom was large and nice, the showers were big, too. The beds were in little alcoves that once you closed the blinds to, it was practically a private room. And I think it had a fun design, too!! Not to mention the location was incredible, you could walk easily to many cool destinations, but the bus system there is so easy, and it's about a 4 minute walk from the hostel, so you didn't need to walk much at all. I cant tell you how much this hostel made my trip even more incredible than it already was, but having a private space to come back to for as cheap as it was, was just so very nice!! Will absolutely stay here the next time I'm in Seoul, soon I hope!!!

Great price and room Good location near the underground but it felt a little bit not that safe around there at night when walking alone. Maybe I'm quite sensitive?😬

Overall I would have to suggest to avoid this place unless you can't get a great deal. I paid $40 AUD a night for 3 nights and wouldn't do it again. Overall it's clear the hotel is run down and perhaps was once a lot better. It's in quite an odd location with nothing but dodgy streets and allies surrounding however it is quite close to bus and metro stations. The interior of the room was very small with just a glass door between the bed, toilet and shower which made things awkward. The bed linen was dirty with several stains and the beds incredibly uncomfortable. The only room left was a triple so we had a bunk bed above what I would call a king single and best, it was tiny. It stated on Agoda the room size is 16m but I highly doubt that. For some reason the bath towels were almost as small as the bath mat, making it incredibly hard to dry yourself. They provide bottled water for the first night only and after that you just refill. The washing machine costs 2000won and dryer is 2000 per 30 minutes. It would maybe be acceptable if you were solo and had no other choice but otherwise there are better options.

For the price quite fine to stay here! The room we stayed in was a little small but fine for the 4 nights we stayed there. Breakfast was fine as well, just enough options and meanwhile the service was good. Kind staff who all spoke English very well. Checking in and out went very quickly and when requested cleaning they did so as promised. The only thing I’d point out is about the location; in this neighborhood we didn’t spot a lot of foreigners or young (21+) night life. Luckily there were multiple subway stations and busstations nearby so we could easily make our way to (for example) Itaewon or Hongdae. At night there’s a night bus that stops about 5 minutes walking distance away from the hotel 😊 but again, if you want to be in a neighborhood with more foreigners or young night life those other neighborhoods might be more the place for you. Though it’ll probably cost more than this hotel :)
