Staff is complaining that because of Black Pink recently went to this store so they get foreigners (BLINKS) coming to the stores. Staff was un-welcoming, its pretty much just greetings and they just let you browse around and tailgate you. It was the complete opposite when I visited Chrome Hearts boutique in Busan. Service was excellent, staff was wonderful, the only issue was very limited stock. I bought an accessory in the end but the staff who helped me wasn’t that enthusiastic in helping me or actively giving recommendation unless you asked and not giving unique information about the design of the pieces I was trying on. Feels like I am being judge by my social status and the way I look.

Staffs, especially the female one has very low manner. The way they behave didnt represent the brand DNA, even damaged it. We very politely asked for fitting a ring, she didnt have eyes contact, and just saying some basic English like “no size”, “last one”. I may assume she could not speak english well but better manner and attitude costed you nothing. I travel around the world and visit a number of CH store but this store is the worst one. And the price here is higher than other cities like Tokyo or Paris.
