I found the guest house on the Internet. The location is strategic. There are several types of rooms. We were staying in a double bed room on level 3. There is no elevator. The stairs are steep and have no rails. Quite difficult for the disabled and elderly. The space was just nice. The pillows were thin and hard. The floor was slightly heated but there was no additional heating in the room. It wasn't warm enough. There was hooks to hang clothes, especially winter clothes, and a table to store our things. The toilets are in the room. The shared kitchen was equipped with a microwave, stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, water dispenser and pots and pans. There is free Wi-Fi. The owner was not friendly and quite strict. We had to wait to check in at 3 p.m. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Very good location and pretty clean. The rooms are very basic dark and small, so not super comfortable to stay in. For the price pretty good tough.

I booked my room 2 months before my travel. On the day of arrival (!!) - I was actually sitting in the plane waiting for takeoff - they texted me that I am not allowed to stay in the place I booked, but that they transfered me to some secondary accomodation one subway station away. No apologies, no explanations. This was my first trip to Seoul, being unfamiliar with the city and the language I had spent considerable time mapping out my transfer from the airport to the hotel. And literally 5 hours before arrival they messed everything up. As you can see, the building I was assigned to is hidden behind heaps and heaps of garbage, in a dimly lit side street, not a good feeling to arrive there at 11pm. The room itself was moldy (photos), which is not safe and a health hazard. The heating pipes are under the floor and even if set at maximum cannot warm the inside properly if the outside temperature is 5 degrees or below. Sleeping in your clothes should be a choice, not a necessity. Also, they refuse to change the bed sheets or clean the room if you stay less than 5 days (photo). I've never experienced that before and it deserves at least a warning during the booking process. Awkwardly enough, I never formally checked in, never presented my passport, never checked out, because for my entire stay I never met or even saw a single member of the hotel staff, there's no reception, only pin codes to open the doors

Great location for a good price. But you should know that some rooms are in another Location than the reception and kitchen. It is about 200m away. For us this was not clear, so -1star. But you have a water dispenser, Microwave and fridge on each Floor. Even if the reception is not in the house they answer very fast via WhatsApp.

Itaewon Inn is awesome. Zuzu is really nice as is the staff and owner, really chilled out and very helpful. Perfect location. Great price, very affordable, you won't get better. Room was perfect, private, nice bed, air con and ensuite, wifi. What more could you want?

Nice place to stay in Seoul. The location is good because you have a bus stop, seven eleven, restaurants close. The staff is very friendly. We stayed there this year in march.

Very basic but nice place to stay, if you're on a budget. They have clean and tidy rooms with attached bathroom. A kitchen with water dispenser, refrigerator etc. is on the upper floor if you need to do some small cooking or brew a coffee. Very helpful host.

Stayed here for a super fun week in Korea. It's super close to all the food and a subway station. The staff are fantastic. Laundry service was a very pleasant surprise and WiFi was perfect the entire week. It had heated floors plus very decent water pressure in the showers. It was a great overall experience!

This was the best hostel, hands down, that I’ve ever stayed in the world. Cleanliness was top notch, and the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back when I’m in Seoul again!!!
