My behalf of my mum, I would like to write another review. As always, Emily is very cheerful and friendly person when she serves her customers. This time round I was the referral person to my mum, bringing her over to do her eye embroidery. Initially, my mum being from the older generation of the 60s is not receptive towards new trends and ways of doing things. However this time round, she is open and willing to take in new suggestions given by Emily as she managed to convince my mum and gained her full trust with the customisation of her eyebrow shape which was to her desire and wish. Emily is always patient towards understanding her customers' needs and wants. My mum is indeed very fortunate to be served by her and her personal genuine touch. I can feel that she is really satisfied with her new eyebrow, more confident of her looks and became a happier individual. We will strongly recommend anyone who is interested to do eyebrow embroidery at Emily's place to dropby her place as they have the most specialised and professional service team to cater to your needs and wants. As their company slogan states " Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself. " Thus, we should all take up our first step in improving our well being. Thank you Emily and your wonderful team for all the awesome creations and it always feels like coming home when I come over to her place to do touch up for my eyebrow. A BIG Shoutout to Emily. Do check out their new address once they announce it via their online platform such as FB as I have heard that they will be moving over to a new building which offers a bigger space and capacity to accomodate more customers It is only 1km away from current but still within cheras area. Clean and comfortable ambience. Fell asleep while they were doing my lashes and felt no discomfort whatsoever. My eyes are usually really sensitive to the lash glue as well but I did not have any issues with this studio. I liked how they had a consult with me and explained the different styles to ensure I was comfortable before proceeding. Highly recommend!

I went there to get my eyelash extensions. They were very nice and hospitable. They give recommendations based on what you want. The process was also very good. It didn’t hurt and the girl handling me was very gentle. Definitely will go again!

We came here to perform Eyebrow Embroidery with Emily. Ambiance was aesthetically pleasing and very soothing. Upon making appointment and arriving, the process was carefully guided by Emily. She was informative above the procedure and demonstrated great industry knowledge. Would recommend.
