The beauticians are all nice and helpful. They're very attentive even to making our appointment. And they will ask us if the laser part on our skin is painful or not. So far its been like i think my my 6th time for my underarm laser. Can see the hairgrowth on it is becoming lesser and lesser visible. Overall satisfy with their treatments and service
