Called for booking two days before checking into the hotel, the staff gave me their business WhatsApp number and told me to contact them there, so I did. My request is a double room, a room with a larger space (a room in the new building). Then the staff wrote me the price of RM198.00, and I banked in to them and send the bank e-receipt to them through WhatsApp. Then, they sent me an e-receipt, which indicated that my reserved room was a deluxe room. Although my request was a double room, and they gave a deluxe room, but the price was correct, so I accepted it. When I went to check in that day, the staff gave me ANOTHER room, not the room number indicated on the e-receipt, so I asked why the room was different? The staff told me that room was GIVEN to someone else and this room is the same. When I entered the room, I found that she gave me a double room. When I checked the receipt she printed to me that day and found that it said double room, and there was no membership discount. I find it strange and check the e-receipt they send to me. The e-receipt they sent to me clearly stated that it was a deluxe room. Why did it CHANGE to a double room? So I went to the front desk and asked. The staff said that because I asked for a double room, they made MISTAKE on the e-receipt and they didn't re-send it to me. It was their fault, and then she said that I was also wrong, because I saw that the receipt was written in the deluxe room and didn't go to complain, so it was MY FAULT. At first, I thought that since the money already bank in, I would not pursue it, but in the end I was blamed. The more I think about it, the more upset I get, they gave me the wrong room (deluxe room), I thought it was more expensive by RM10 but the space is big and comfortable, so it’s okay, I accept it. But I accept your mistakes, and she said it’s my fault too! After that, she gave me back RM20 because the room was changed to a double room. So if I don't ask, I won't get the money back right? The point is I accepted their mistake and they blamed me?!

I stayed 2 nights. First day check in to room116 double room. Encountered 2 problems: clogged drain and a toilet bowl that wouldn't flush. Waited for 20 mins the workers to fix. Alright all good because they can fix. I thought that's all, won't be any more problem. Second day, I was about to leave. Door cannot locked automatically. My mom went to call someone to help. Waited for 10 mins, no one came. Called first time, waited 15 more mins. Called again, another 10 mins. Can't fix, we request to change room they don't allow. Hello?? I'm rushing to go out and you drag my time without even apologizing? Bad attitude some more? I didn't plan to share my experience with the toilet bowl and drain because they fixed it. Now I cannot hold it anymore. Poor management very poor. Go somewhere else to live please if you read my comment, I wish to give zero star but cannot.

U get what u pay for. Price is cheap but the room is rly small. Cleanliness still acceptable. Our water heater broke down on last day which was a downer.

Not clean, hotel got very strong perfume smell which makes me headache and the toilet bowl cannot be flushed

very terrible , around 8pm i arrive, i dont have cash to pay for deposit, so i request to pay deposit using credit card together with the room bills, but they wouldnt allow me to do that, i request if i pay deposit tomorrow morning after go to bank withdraw the money, they dont allow too. they force me to pay deposit with credit card but the deposit will not return back to me. very bad experience, who else still bring cash in wallet all the time?will not come back anymore

NIGHTMARE. Cockroach won't stop coming out and go to the bed until 6am.in the morning I can't sleep! Lipas everywhere! I didn't sleep. I payed rm139 for family room. And this is what I get ! lipas Tak berhenti keluar Dari bawah Katil sampai pagi. It was more than 10 cockroaches! Toilet androom also not hygiene

The room has a pungent and unpleasant smell like joss stick. The water heater is not functioning. The toilet flush not function properly.

I booked a 3-person room. When I arrived, only 1 staff working at the counter, and she was busy entertaining phone calls. I think probably it's public holiday, not enough workers. The room is on the ground floor, with no window. It is small and simple. No toothbrush and toothpaste provided. Need to pay for extra pillow. A towel and a blanket got stained, not very clean. The worst is that the room has a strong smoking smell. Requested to refresh the room air, but told "teda orang rokok sini." Although after air purification, smoke smell was still there. I would rather pay more for a more comfortable room, with the same distance to the setapak shopping mall.

Stayed here for 5 days 4 nights. Staff are friendly, even the cleaners! Had a pleasant night here. Suitable for those who had a tight budget, looking for a comfortable place to sleep. However, the lift at floor 3A often stuck, and the walls between rooms are quite thin, so you may get disturbed if you're sensitive to loud sound/noises. Despite it, still recommend it 👌

One of the budget hotel.. a lot of attraction places just by walking distance.. in front of mall and got a laundry shop behind the building.

20/5/2022 at 7.47pm.the room not ready yet?????.check in take 1 hour. Actually already inform the reservation and staff said yes..name in side the system. I dont know why nees to wait for 1 hour. I am so angry now! Nit recommended!!!!!!

The hotel was wonderful. It was even better than expected. The price was amazing. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect - close to the city centre and attractions ( Setapak Mall & Bazaria Danau Kota )
