CONGRATULATIONS

for
earning
another
BAD
REVIEW.
My
hubby
and
I
bought
the
RM39
grooming
package
for
our
2
huskies.
Went
to
KOTA
KEMUNING
BRANCH
yesterday
(11am
appointment).
Upon
registration,
I
can
hear
the
chinese
grooming
lady
shouting
at
a
Chow-Chow
from
the
counter.
The
staff
told
us
there
will
be
an
additional
charge
of
MAX
RM50
per
dog
for
detangling.
I
asked
her
TWICE
if
it
is
MAX
RM50
per
dog.
She
said
yes
and
assure
us
she
will
call
us
to
double
confirm
the
price
before
they
proceed.
She
even
told
us
it
will
take
2
hours
so
me
and
hubby
waited
at
a
nearby
cafe
but
sadly
nobody
called.
After
1
hour
&
30
mins
I
decided
to
call
them
and
was
told
that
I
have
to
pay
RM100
per
dog
and
can
only
pick
them
up
6
hours
later.
I
got
upset
and
decided
to
cancel
the
service.
But
they
said
I
cannot
cancel
because
the
groomer
already
started
detangling
my
dog.
Went
back
to
the
shop
and
found
that
there
is
only
one
small
dog
+
my
2
huskies,
I
have
no
idea
why
it
takes
another
6
hours
for
them
to
groom
our
dogs
because
we
came
first
and
the
shop
is
still
empty.
Worst
part
is
even
after
2
hours
of
waiting,
they
haven't
even
started
bathing
our
dogs,
not
even
1.
The
RM39
package
is
a
total
scam
and
this
is
why:
1)
Staff
did
not
call
to
confirm
the
extra
charges
as
promised.
They
will
charge
as
they
please.
2)
They
could
have
told
us
to
come
back
in
the
evening
upon
registration
but
they
make
us
wait
at
the
cafe
for
2
hours,
didn't
bother
to
call
us
and
update
us
the
time.
3)
Unfriendly
groomer
who
is
not
passionate
in
her
job.
When
I
refused
to
pay
and
wanted
to
cancel
the
service,
the
Chinese
groomer
kicked
my
dog!!!
4)
Groomer
lied
about
explaining
the
charges
to
my
hubby.
The
only
conversation
that
they
had
was
her
instructing
my
hubby
to
bring
our
huskies
away
from
the
grooming
room
because
according
to
her,
chow
chow
do
not
like
other
dogs.
5)
Management
will
continue
ignore
all
negative
review
and
no
action
will
be
taken.
I
believe
Petsmore's
marketing
wanted
to
create
awareness
to
bring
in
more
customers
and
also
to
upsell
their
service/product
by
offering
the
RM39
grooming
package.
As
I've
mentioned
to
the
counter
girls
upon
registration,
I
don't
mind
signing
up
for
membership
and
bringing
my
dogs
back
for
fur
trim
as
long
as
the
service
is
good.
Sadly,
the
campaign
is
successful
but
customer
experience
is
so
horrible
that
I
will
not
step
in
to
any
petsmore
outlet
or
recommend
them
to
anyone.
