CONGRATULATIONS Petsmore Kota Kemuning for earning another BAD REVIEW. My hubby and I bought the RM39 grooming package for our 2 huskies. Went to KOTA KEMUNING BRANCH yesterday (11am appointment). Upon registration, I can hear the chinese grooming lady shouting at a Chow-Chow from the counter. The staff told us there will be an additional charge of MAX RM50 per dog for detangling. I asked her TWICE if it is MAX RM50 per dog. She said yes and assure us she will call us to double confirm the price before they proceed. She even told us it will take 2 hours so me and hubby waited at a nearby cafe but sadly nobody called. After 1 hour & 30 mins I decided to call them and was told that I have to pay RM100 per dog and can only pick them up 6 hours later. I got upset and decided to cancel the service. But they said I cannot cancel because the groomer already started detangling my dog. Went back to the shop and found that there is only one small dog + my 2 huskies, I have no idea why it takes another 6 hours for them to groom our dogs because we came first and the shop is still empty. Worst part is even after 2 hours of waiting, they haven't even started bathing our dogs, not even 1. The RM39 package is a total scam and this is why: 1) Staff did not call to confirm the extra charges as promised. They will charge as they please. 2) They could have told us to come back in the evening upon registration but they make us wait at the cafe for 2 hours, didn't bother to call us and update us the time. 3) Unfriendly groomer who is not passionate in her job. When I refused to pay and wanted to cancel the service, the Chinese groomer kicked my dog!!! 4) Groomer lied about explaining the charges to my hubby. The only conversation that they had was her instructing my hubby to bring our huskies away from the grooming room because according to her, chow chow do not like other dogs. 5) Management will continue ignore all negative review and no action will be taken. I believe Petsmore's marketing wanted to create awareness to bring in more customers and also to upsell their service/product by offering the RM39 grooming package. As I've mentioned to the counter girls upon registration, I don't mind signing up for membership and bringing my dogs back for fur trim as long as the service is good. Sadly, the campaign is successful but customer experience is so horrible that I will not step in to any petsmore outlet or recommend them to anyone.

PLS READ ITS IMPORTANT THIS STORE IS TERRIBLE. i wish i could give it nothing bcs it doesnt deserve a star. my dad made an appointment a week before and when the day came, my dad sent my cats at 10 am. mind u, he had said that if she (the worker) couldnt groom my cats then its ok, he'll take it back but she insisted that it was fine. So, we waited for a call from petsmore. We got a call at 10 pm (THE SHOP CLOSES AT 10 PM) and she said we could pick up the cats. When my dad reached at the store, she said that she didnt have the time to finish off one of my cats bcs shes the only one who was working that time and let me remind u, my dad told her it was okay if she couldnt do it because he'll send it somewhere else and ALSO, we had an appointment. And then she did a lion cut to my other cat and it was TERRIBLE. it was as if she didnt have the proper training to groom pets. We brought our cats home and the one that got a lion cut, didnt want to come out of the carriage and she was TERRIFIED. i knew something mustve happened. At first glance, i knew something was wrong w her. I was right, her bottom lip/mouth was wounded. I was already mad that they gave TERRIBLE service but to wound my cat? thats unacceptable. my cats will bite if the person whos handling them is being rough. so that answered the question why she got wounded. My cat got so depressed she hid under the cabinet, didnt want to be near anyone and she trembled if anyone touched her. my cat has NEVER been like that until we brought her home from PETSMORE. The next day, i realized that my cat's bottom lip was infected. the left side has a cut and the right side was swollen and filled w pus! how can u say that ur a pet shop but u treat pets like theyre trash?! I will make a report about this because i have evidence and i hope the authority will do something about this irresponsible store. Pls stay away from this store. NEVER BRING UR PETS TO THIS STORE BECAUSE THEY WILL HURT UR PETS.

I’m a regular customer here experienced a bad service since day 1 !!!! The staffs are very very rude they don’t deserve to even get a star lah !!! Very good in promoting packages only all they need is only money from us !!!! The groomer i guess has some bipolar disorder sometimes ok sometimes very rude too !!! The indian girl at the counter is also very rude she don’t deserve to work there at ol she don’t even hv the sense of good customer service attitude and most of the time lie, they argue saying that they called you even after u show ur call list in ur fon that u didn’t receive any calls from them yet they will argue and show face to you !!!! Even if u ask the groomer to just trim a bit of ur pets fur around the eyes or something they will say extra charge haizzzzz !!!!!!!! Really very very very bad service here !!! Most of the time my puppy is just unattended by the staffs !!!! You think ur the only groomer in tis area is it !!!!! I use to send my puppy to Ss2 petsmore n even Usj I find them much more better just because tis is nearer to me I used to send my puppy here but after this i rather not send her here at ol !!!!! To the authority don’t spoil ur business by hvng such workers !!!!

Experienced bad services by Groomer Shoong Pei Shan at Kota Kemuning branch (10/6/16) who portrayed double standard and no courtesy towards customer... Im really pissed on your attitude, Shan! Poor service... U are not the only groomer in Klang Valley k!? If u are not working with passion, cannot deal with human, please quit and dont bring bad impression to ur company. This staff should be strongly banned by customers who wants to groom their pets!

The staff there are really rude and their customer service are really really bad. I'm their regular customer there and they treated me like I wasn't even there. And their stuff are always out of stock. Argh!

I was a regular customer up until today. This boy at the reception counter have absolutely no idea why he’s there and what his job responsibility entails. He couldn’t even tell me when the dog kibbles will be restocked. You either train him, or hire someone that knows what to do or at least knows the basic of customer service.

What a very disappointed, Kota Kemuning branch. I rather go Pet Lover more much better their service compare to this branch.

Good customer service and staffs are very friendly. Was looking high and low for kitten's milk during public holiday and this place open and have stocks. Really safe my day. Thank you.
