This review is solely to reflect on the beautician/clinic assistant. The doctors here do an amazing job. However, the staff do not respect client confidentiality. They actually revealed my procedures/how much I spent to my friends who I had recommended to this clinic. Even my friends were shocked. Whatever happens to client confidentiality? There are better ways to sell your packages and it’s definitely not by selling your client’s confidentiality.

First time doing pico laser and had a lot of doubts but the Dr Jack and Jessica explained the procedure well and was very professional. I was worried about the downtime but they reassured me and even did a small area to let me check on the downtime redness to see if it is acceptable for me before proceeding. I appreciated that gesture a lot because they addressed my worries and put me at ease instead of dismissing it off as trivial. There are a lot of treatments and packages available that it can be quite overwhelming for first timers to take in(information overload) but i get that it is part of their job to show us all these options. They were not pushy about it so it was ok. Overall a pleasant visit.

Cautious in choosing aesthetic clinics, I value safety and quality, the doctor should also be experienced enough to understand my concerns and provide the effective solutions. I did a lot of research and eventually, seeking a solution for sagging skin, I tried Dr. Chong's and met Dr. Jacqueline who by far the best doctor in KL. Being warmly welcomed when I first stepped into the clinic. All staffs are very friendly and nice.The consultants Jasmine Tang addressed my concern and for reassurance, is a sweet pretty ladies….she explained everything to my satisfactory. Went here on January for free skin consullt & decided to do co2 laser for my scars. The dr explain very well whats the best treatment for my skin concern. The place was clean & comfortable. Easy parking as well since they provide free parking for the customer. On 2nd visit, Dr Alia perform my laser procedure & she was very friendly & explain about the laser/ technology that being used. The staff (carmen if im not mistaken is also friendly & explain very well about my birthday package voucher/ discount). Price range is normal imo but they always have promotions/ packages that worth to grab. Thank you all!

Went here for mole removal which went well. However, coming here for acne treatment, I purchased the package with facial+yellow laser+carbon laser with skincare set. After completing the package, it's safe to say there is no noticeable difference even though I listened to everything Dr said. Appears that other ppl have had better experiences so maybe it just didn't work for my skin 🤷‍♀️

It’s a very good experience. The doctors are very knowledgeable and explain things clearly and answer questions very well so you can clear your doubt. The assistants are good as well and are very helpful in getting you ready during your treatment. The clinic is also very nicely maintained.

Since May 2021, I have been receiving treatment at Dr Chong Clinic Premium Bangsar, and I am continuing receiving treatment. I've received excellent service from Joyce, who has always taken wonderful care of me and guided me from the beginning. The facility is also hygienic and comfortable. My first visit to this clinic was welcoming. Doctor and staff were attentive and friendly. They listened to my concerns, patiently explained the root causes of the issues going on with my skin and recommended me the treatments that best suits me. The price of the treatments are quite reasonable and one of the things I like is there’s no hard selling. There’re few more sessions of pico & yellow laser to go and I can’t wait to see the end result 😀

This is not a real medical clinic, but more of a beauty salon, with beauty treatments. The staff and the "doctor" have little interest in the patient, but simply want to push their expensive treatments regardless of what the underlying medical problem may be. If you are looking for a doctor, go somewhere else.

Dr chong clinic service is superb. Very clean, comfortable and feel calm with the instrumental sound. Plus got some light food and drink after the treatment.

Heard so many good reviews about the clinic and decided to try it out myself. As I walked into the clinic, I felt welcomed and happy to see how clean and spacious the clinic was. I had a short consultation with Dr Suzanne, where she addresses the main concern for my skin and provided some advice on the treatment options that will be suitable for my skin. I decided to go with the Pico Laser and was ushered to the treatment room by the clinical staff, Ms Eva. Ms Eva was friendly and calm as she explained to me each step of the procedure, as she was prepping me for the laser treatment. The procedure went smoothly. Ms Eva was also very good in explaining the treatment they offer at Dr Chong’s Clinic, and I decided to add another 3 sessions with them! Overall, a great experience.
