I went there to enquire about RT-PCR and RTK-Ag on behalf of a friend from Singapore travelling to Malaysia and then going back to Singapore again about 48 hours before flight. It was a Sunday morning about 11.15am on 20-March-2022. The Malay lady by the name Cik Az at the reception counter is very friendly and extremely helpful. She answered all my questions professionally and also give tips based on her other patients whom told her before. I hope the owner of the clinic will appreciate Cik Az. Even though I just ask for information (no business transaction), the information provided by the Cik Ax extremely valuable to me. I will recommend to seek treatment at this clinic.

I came for my severe cough and sore throat. The nurses were very friendly and helpful. The doctor was empathetic with my sickness and very professional in explaining my problem. He did adviced me for covid and influenza test which were charged at very affordable price. The swabber performed the test at very least painful way and she very skilledful. I'm glad that I found this clinic. Highly recommended! Keep up the good and excellent jobs 😗

When consulting with the doctor they will explain to you all of the information (5W's What Why When How.....)that you need to know even though you only caught by fever. Extremely OVERPRICED clinic. Never in my life have I been charged x5 TIMES the price of one medication. 💸💸😅😳😳😳 Double? I understand la, but 5 TIMES!!! I checked shopee sell same brand Rm3, I went to nearby pharmacy also Rm3.50. BUT TO SELL IT 5 TIMES THE NORMAL PRICE is too crazy Its just strep throat medicine. Rm3 turned to Rm15. Extremely cramped waiting area and waiting time is very long, only 1 person before me but I'm waiting 30mins, some more can hear doctor laughing. Definitely will not return, very bad experience... 😓😰😟 If the nurse is reading this, I hope you at least tell the price of medicine before charge, not after charge then look at receipt get shock that im being charged rm2.50 for every. single. pill.

Great service. All the staff there are good in handling their patients. Pre informed the staff that I was tested positive for covid. Went there for testing, they handled everything pretty well and provided a lot of information on what to do before I get there via WhatsApp. Doctor is also very kind and patient during consultation. They have drive thru testing, all you need to do is stop by in front of their clinic and give them a call. They accept both walk in and appointment too. Overall very good experience. Highly recommended if you would like to get your RTK / PCR testing 👍👍👍

First time coming to this clinic and I'm definitely coming back again. Dr Malek really takes the time to hear how you're feeling and really takes the time to explain what do you need to be cured. I had high blood pressure but just after my first visit, my BP went down from 150 to 117. Other doctors usually just ask me to go for a blood test or to the hospital 😅 Dr is also really patient and genuine. Price is reasonable as well. Great doctor. The receptionist is also polite , kind and caring. Can't ask for a better clinic to visit to. Highly reccomend!

My first visit, I brought my son for Pfizer vaccination, the doctor was super nice and made my 5yo son very relaxed and not nervous at all. 2nd visit, I brought my elder son for a Covid test for early release, it was quick and smooth, result sent to us very fast. The doctor and nurse are nice and helpful. Clinic is clean too though the clinic is a bit small without much waiting space.

The service is quite fast and the attendant is friendly. The clinic provides all kinds of services not limited to consultations but also lab tests, e-hailing test and also Covid related test. Most eWallets are also accepted here and their opening hours is quite early around 8a.m onwards.

Although the clinic is quite far from my home, I’m willing to drive a bit as the service given was definitely worth the pay! This will be my default clinic from now onwards. Service has been great, timely & all the staffs are very professional. I've been a repeat customer for a number of time already. Alhamdulillah, Dr Malek especially has been diagnosing my illness previously accurately & was able to prescribe the right medicine which leads to my timely cure.

Arrived around 9am, registration and test done in less than 15mins. Nurse was very thorough and careful when swab. Speedy results out around 3pm although advertised as 24hrs (RM150). Recommended!

Very expensive!! Just sore throat, flu and cough cost me RM 100 per visit!! They said it's because I have to take antibiotic!! Obviously cheating!!

I visited quite a few times to this clinic and i will say the Drs are friendly enough and with great patience in explaining the treatment, possible causes , and prevention method. The clinical assistances were helpful except for ONE (Thats the reason why i gave 3 star) Visited this clinic on 2/1/2023 due to sorethroat and covid negative when checked. But it become positive on the next day (3/1/2024) and immediately went to the clinic again to check and seek permission to get medical cert One of the staff (Pavitra) was rude, not friendly and impolite when doing her job and these are the few points why i said so 1) Im not sure whats happening but her face literally in bad mood (Maybe i came after lunch) 2) She was asking me whether need extra medication or not and i said no need becoz i ady got the medicine on 2/1/2023. And the next quest came from her mouth was (How come ytd negative and today is positive? (with a doubtful face) . Dear Ms Pavitra how are we suppose to know the reason of getting negative on 1st day but positive on 2nd day? Theres a thing call False Negative and kindly google it and use the correct word to ask a patient 3) After replying that im not sure why it become like this, and the next ques was (You sure or not you got check? (with a doubtful face again)). I am totally speechless with her quest and i have no idea how to reply that time but only say 'Yes' . Although you ask this kind ques is to understand whether the patient is lying or not but kindly use the proper word to ask. I am not coming to this clinic to get interrogated by you (Those ppl who read this message kindly let me know how to reply back) 4) Where is the 'Thank you and Welcome gestures? After all these small conversation, the lady with bad mood face continue to print the cert n RTK report and passed it to me without saying a single word and assuming that i know what to do next. She oly said yes after i ask whether i done already or not Dear Drs incharge in this clinic, kindly look into this matter. Thank you!
