Nice discovery at the heart of Liege. We took a "Plateau de la dérivation" with homard, crevettes, gambas and crabe and a lovely dry rosé wine. Service is professional, attentive and informally nice. Quality is excellent, better than Belga queen, I believe 🤔. A nice view on the Meuse, but food is better criterion for choice. I will go again...
