Having frequented this joint for over 3 years, this place has had its ups and downs. The one good thing is that it has pretty nice IPA beers by the jug. Truffle fries are always good as well, and the portion is pretty enormous so its a nice venue for long heart to heart talks over fries and beers. HH prices are super worth it as well. On the other hand, I believe the chef keeps changing. The standard of food has been acceptable. But sometimes it dips. Would say the pizza really aint what I remember from 2019-2020 days. Sincerely hope they can be more consistent with food and continue being that friendly neighbourhood bar!

Been to Plonk many times over a few years and the consistency of the food, good service staff and quality (& quantity) never fail to impress. Still keeping up the standards. Fish & chips are served in a good proportion. Pizza (thin n nicely done as well) n pork ribs (big portion hor) Crispy wings with a special dipping sauce - not too bad but I thought the wings can be further marinated for people who don't go for the dipping sauce. Fries costs only $5 on Fridays n you get ALOOOT of fries too. Ordered Bolognese n Carbonara (finished before I remember to take photo). The kids absolutely loved it. We loved how much clams we had in the vongole - power la. The staff were also very friendly n kind to hand us spoon n plates for our cake.

Mushrooms Soup, steak quite salty, spaghetti not that tasty, salad is good. Service was fast.

Been to Plonk many times, usually for their express brunch. The fish and chips was fantastic, crispy and freshly fried fish with a nice thin batter coating. A whole heap of fries absolutely fried to perfection. Paired very nicely with the Little Creatures IPA they have on tap. Very pleasant ambience as well, open air but cool inside. The tart was more on the chocolate side, fudgy and delicious and paired with vanilla ice cream. On other visits i’ve also had their truffle mushroom risotto which is cheesy goodness.

Been awhile since I had a beer at Serangoon Gardens! Plonk serves Little Creatures Pale Ale on tap. It was an enjoyable pint and the St Kinda fish and chips was a great pairing. Great attentive service crew and will be back!

Kitchen whipped meals are 💪 strong. Very flavourful pizzas. Eggs and burgers are juicy and crisp to lock in the flavours 🍔 Unfortunately they’re so popular the kitchen is short handed. You’re gonna have to wait 40mins plus for service. You can tell the waiter and managers are harried from the load too. Kudos on their efforts to still be friendly and nice 😃 Check the waiting times if you’re in a hurry to avoid being hangry

I was around the serangoon area and looking for something new to try. Stumbled upon Plonk with loads of people having a beer in the front and decided to try this place out. The food was great, the place wasn't too crowded, music volume was just nice, but inside was just too dark. The food was great and you should not skip on the pizza. Ordered the mushroom truffle, mushrooms are big and chunky, dough was nice and crispy.

Quite a chill environment with happy hour drinks! Food was just alright. Fish and chips fish was quite dry and not so flavourful. Truffle fries quite well seasoned. Chicken wings not bad. Dessert tasted more like homemade standard.
