I enjoyed my experience at Ilumia Nex with Elise. She is very professional and offered tailored advice and treatments during my sessions here. The treatments have been useful and certainly effective, especially coupled with an improved diet.

Signed up with illumina Nex last year for a trial package as I have been seeing a lot of advertisements on their treatments. My therapist was Eugenia Tan. She is a nice gentle lady. Very patience in explaining the different treatments done as I am new to such treatment. Very accommodating to my timing as well. Can look for her if you are thinking of trying out their treatment!

After giving birth to 2 kids I think it’s time to have a better body . So I choose Illumia NEX branch and I am with them for a year plus . The Illumia sculpt really helps me with my DR problem. Moreover the people here are all very welcoming. The therapist are professional. Especially Venus who are very very easy to talk to and She makes me feel comfortable and take good care of me during my treatment sessions with her .

Had a great professional advice and RFI eye treatment with Elise. Every treatment got me to a better sleep and saw tremendous improvement to my dark eye circles. Not forgetting the chance to be in the grand draw with a greater complexion!

I was reading the reviews and can relate deeply with some reviews, regrading very pushing and dubious sales consultant J, who manipulated me into signing up for package. And she was also very unethical as i didn’t give permission but she just took my credit card to the counter and charged full package amount (Background: was trying to use atome installment plan but having some difficulty with the app as my phone couldn’t verify/keep run to error page. J then asked for my card to ‘test’ at the counter, so she took my card out and left me alone in the consultation room. Within minutes, she just came back and said it was charged successfully when i didn’t even give consent) Tried to reach out to your email support team for assistance to feedback and for refund but no help and even no empathy was given. Instead the support team was very firm and wouldn’t budge at all, did not empathise with my situation and instead kept dragging my case by not replying to the emails. Would only reply once for every 2 emails I sent. Which further worsen my situation as it resulted in rolling bank interest. As team was incompetent in handling the case, wanted to reach higher management but they were uncontactable/unreachable. I really wish the business can show empathy to me and give full refund to me, more so since it’s a business of Kim Lim, who is known to be very gracious. Anyway, lesson learnt. Do not recommend at all.

I initially wrote a review, rewarding 3 stars to my consultant who coaxed me into a package. But I have deleted that review, and I am rewriting because I want to warn everyone who wishes to sign up with them to think twice. The consultant had a change of behaviour and attitude when I tried to follow up with her and I was greeted with ignorance. To recap, I called in for a consultation with Illumia. I was recommended the Illumia Sculpt package for slimming after their consultant realised I was on a tight budget and cannot spend the exorbitant amount which was quoted during consultation, which is 20K. Now, I did one session after signing up for the package(because their one time trial is 500$, they quote this amount because "machines are high tech and expensive" so basically I am paying for the machine? Which I can actually buy off the market myself, and use it for unlimited amounts of time, to achieve the result I want?")I felt like the package was much more reasonable (my mistake to think such). So I went ahead with a first session and booked a second session afterwards. During my second session , the therapist who tended to me did not switch on the other side of the machine. The typical duration of the treatment is 20 minutes of sculpting, but because of the therapist's carelessness, it got extended. At first I thought there's some issue with the machine, it was only after the treatment I realised, and this is something the therapist should've checked but she instead retorted and said to me "why you never say earlier?" Well , I am not the machine expert? Or should I have read the machine manual somewhere first? Anyway, I saw no results and I feel like it is just a machine which vibrates on your targeted body part. I didn't even feel anything. After a bad second visit, I tried calling in multiple times to speak to my consultant who sold me the package. She acted as though she was not around, and only gave me a call back as per her convenience, and via the telephonic convo, when I explained to her that I want a refund on my package and on a newly launched product which was sold to me during the consultation (I bought fat burning pills and I wanted a refund, as when I consumed them, I couldn't breathe and had palpitations and i immediately threw them away. )When I tried to tell her this, she downright twisted the story and told me that she cannot provide refund, because the product is new, and the treatment is "already very cheap" . In both cases, she just kept talking about how the refunded amount will not be borne by the company (illumia) but from her personal pocket. She told me that she will call me back , and check with her team again if there's any allowance she is able to make from her end--this conversation happened +- 3 weeks ago. Up till today, I received ZERO response or follow up from her. I even emailed the Illumia team, and no one got back to me. They are a bunch of scammers, hungry for money. They also DO NOT provide any after care service, such as refreshments (water) to their clients, which is amusing. I have been to so many spa/facial/tech slimming centers, and no one is asking for a refreshing tea, but water is the basic which is provided. I did voice this out to the consultant as well, but she just acted so confused, as though I gave her some weird information--this is basic courtesy in many other treatment facilities. Not to mention, their treatment rooms are not particularly clean dusty beds and ropes. Illumia Team Serangoon Branch, please give me my 1.6K refund. It is not a big amount for you, but a big amount for me, and I got sucked into it because of your dubious sales consultant who was very pushy and tried to manipulate me into signing up for a package. She also reassured she will look into a particular matter which I voiced out but is now suddenly acting so blur. AS TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS, THINK 1000 TIMES BEFORE YOU DRAIN YOUR MONEY HERE. RESULTS ARE ZERO. AFTER SERVICE IS ZERO. Also if your team is reading this, DO NOT force me to come down for the treatment, I prefer a refund.

I came to know about Illumia in June last year. I have DR problem and with a fat tummy issue after years of giving birth. The cooltech machine, heat wave and Illumia sculpt really helps me to slim down a lot, at least I’m very satisfied with how I look now. And the lady here are friendly and approachable, special thanks to Venus for taking care of me for the past one year. Now I just need to exercise regularly to maintain my figure. :)
