I
initially
wrote
a
review,
rewarding
3
stars
to
my
consultant
who
coaxed
me
into
a
package.
But
I
have
deleted
that
review,
and
I
am
rewriting
because
I
want
to
warn
everyone
who
wishes
to
sign
up
with
them
to
think
twice.
The
consultant
had
a
change
of
behaviour
and
attitude
when
I
tried
to
follow
up
with
her
and
I
was
greeted
with
ignorance.
To
recap,
I
called
in
for
a
consultation
with
Illumia.
I
was
recommended
the
Illumia
Sculpt
package
for
slimming
after
their
consultant
realised
I
was
on
a
tight
budget
and
cannot
spend
the
exorbitant
amount
which
was
quoted
during
consultation,
which
is
20K.
Now,
I
did
one
session
after
signing
up
for
the
package(because
their
one
time
trial
is
500$,
they
quote
this
amount
because
"machines
are
high
tech
and
expensive"
so
basically
I
am
paying
for
the
machine?
Which
I
can
actually
buy
off
the
market
myself,
and
use
it
for
unlimited
amounts
of
time,
to
achieve
the
result
I
want?")I
felt
like
the
package
was
much
more
reasonable
(my
mistake
to
think
such).
So
I
went
ahead
with
a
first
session
and
booked
a
second
session
afterwards.
During
my
second
session
,
the
therapist
who
tended
to
me
did
not
switch
on
the
other
side
of
the
machine.
The
typical
duration
of
the
treatment
is
20
minutes
of
sculpting,
but
because
of
the
therapist's
carelessness,
it
got
extended.
At
first
I
thought
there's
some
issue
with
the
machine,
it
was
only
after
the
treatment
I
realised,
and
this
is
something
the
therapist
should've
checked
but
she
instead
retorted
and
said
to
me
"why
you
never
say
earlier?"
Well
,
I
am
not
the
machine
expert?
Or
should
I
have
read
the
machine
manual
somewhere
first?
Anyway,
I
saw
no
results
and
I
feel
like
it
is
just
a
machine
which
vibrates
on
your
targeted
body
part.
I
didn't
even
feel
anything.
After
a
bad
second
visit,
I
tried
calling
in
multiple
times
to
speak
to
my
consultant
who
sold
me
the
package.
She
acted
as
though
she
was
not
around,
and
only
gave
me
a
call
back
as
per
her
convenience,
and
via
the
telephonic
convo,
when
I
explained
to
her
that
I
want
a
refund
on
my
package
and
on
a
newly
launched
product
which
was
sold
to
me
during
the
consultation
(I
bought
fat
burning
pills
and
I
wanted
a
refund,
as
when
I
consumed
them,
I
couldn't
breathe
and
had
palpitations
and
i
immediately
threw
them
away.
)When
I
tried
to
tell
her
this,
she
downright
twisted
the
story
and
told
me
that
she
cannot
provide
refund,
because
the
product
is
new,
and
the
treatment
is
"already
very
cheap"
.
In
both
cases,
she
just
kept
talking
about
how
the
refunded
amount
will
not
be
borne
by
the
company
(illumia)
but
from
her
personal
pocket.
She
told
me
that
she
will
call
me
back
,
and
check
with
her
team
again
if
there's
any
allowance
she
is
able
to
make
from
her
end--this
conversation
happened

weeks
ago.
Up
till
today,
I
received
ZERO
response
or
follow
up
from
her.
I
even
emailed
the
Illumia
team,
and
no
one
got
back
to
me.
They
are
a
bunch
of
scammers,
hungry
for
money.
They
also
DO
NOT
provide
any
after
care
service,
such
as
refreshments
(water)
to
their
clients,
which
is
amusing.
I
have
been
to
so
many
spa/facial/tech
slimming
centers,
and
no
one
is
asking
for
a
refreshing
tea,
but
water
is
the
basic
which
is
provided.
I
did
voice
this
out
to
the
consultant
as
well,
but
she
just
acted
so
confused,
as
though
I
gave
her
some
weird
information--this
is
basic
courtesy
in
many
other
treatment
facilities.
Not
to
mention,
their
treatment
rooms
are
not
particularly
clean
dusty
beds
and
ropes.
Illumia

please
give
me
my
1.6K
refund.
It
is
not
a
big
amount
for
you,
but
a
big
amount
for
me,
and
I
got
sucked
into
it
because
of
your
dubious
sales
consultant
who
was
very
pushy
and
tried
to
manipulate
me
into
signing
up
for
a
package.
She
also
reassured
she
will
look
into
a
particular
matter
which
I
voiced
out
but
is
now
suddenly
acting
so
blur.
AS
TO
POTENTIAL
CUSTOMERS,
THINK
1000
TIMES
BEFORE
YOU
DRAIN
YOUR
MONEY
HERE.
RESULTS
ARE
ZERO.
AFTER
SERVICE
IS
ZERO.
Also
if
your
team
is
reading
this,
DO
NOT
force
me
to
come
down
for
the
treatment,
I
prefer
a
refund.
