This is a low class foot massage place. The staff asks you to wash your own feet and then let you walk on their epic dusty and disgusting carpet after I washed my feet Damn clean. The ceiling and every crevice is also filled with epic thick dust. Some masseus just chit chat nonsense non stop and kept shaking his leg while massaging for customer. A very low class place. People should stop going to such establishment.

I sign up this massage package for 4 years already, now they change a new receptionist. The new receptionist's attitude, on the 19/3/23 my appointment is fixed, at 10.30am. When i went there, they told me they do not have a room for me. On 2/4/23, my appointment is 10.30am, 10.19am they called me asking me if i have reached. I told them i have already reached nex and i will reach in 3min. 11am they kept asking me if i am done. Reminder, my massage timing is 1h duration. 11.10am i came out and i told them that my appointment is till 11.30am and the receptionist yelled at me saying my appointment is 10.15am and just like that, the duration was cut short due to their bad management. This review is to warn new comers and those who wants to do to this massage parlor not to come here as the management and the attitude of the receptionist is very bad.

Unprofessional female masseuse who saw that I had bunions on my feet and went on about how I should take care of them and wear a brace to straighten my my toes (it does not work that way) and even stretched my toes so much to a point where my feet cramped - Mentioned this to her so that she can stop and continue to do her job properly as a masseuse, she continued giving unsolicited advice on ‘caring’ for my feet. The overall experience was just unpleasant with her chit-chatting with the masseur next to her throughout the whole 40mins. The place looked decent and comfortable from the outside, unfortunately, the reality is far from that.

( nex branch) Opted for shoulder and neck massage. Therapist Qun was the worst. Felt like she was beating me. Asked to reduce the pressure 3 times but no change. Worst experience of my life.

Unprofessional service in all aspects. Receptionist pressures to sign up a new package even I have 5 more sessions to go. Threaten that if I do not sign up, the free 2 sessions in the existing package cannot be used. I read other reviews, it is true that I also experienced myself a few times that they do not reduce the strength even we make the request . Some therapists didn’t seem to be qualified especially the female Thai.

Receptionist - Liu had such a bad attitude did not check our package which includes shoulder massage. Informed masseuse that my massage included shoulder massage and asked him to check but he still did not check only until my time is up. They said that because I told them it’s a foot massage that’s why they did not include shoulder. As I bought my package from Serangoon gardens, they did not bother to check and just assumed it was foot. Nex service is really bad compared to gardens. Please never sign a package with them. Gardens service is significantly better. Thankfully the masseuse did some service recovery and did not charge extra for my shoulder massage. Will never come back to this outlet again.

Have been visiting this branch for more than a decade since its near my place. Think the past few years they implemented expiry of packages which is fine but they have no decency to tell you or remind you of the deadline.

Lousy services. Visited NEX outlet. Asked the male foot masseur to reduce his strength more than 3x and he still persist. Worse, he smells like he just smoked and really bad attitude The other masseur next to me kept burping throughout his session. Staff were unmasked. Add ginger oil need to top up additional $10. Avoid at all cost.
