The only air-conditioned mall in this serangoon garden, you can finds finest supermarket at basement, subway, some eateries breaktalk at level 1 , isteaks Western food, Japanese food, Chinese restaurant at level 2 .. Around this mall are the banks , good eateries all nearby. If you need to park, you can choose to park outside open air carpark or the basement carpark... A small shopping mall that serves the residents around here.

Small mall around the serangoon garden. It has few eateries inside and few small shops. There is fair price finest here and indostop where you can buy Indonesia's stuffs here. The shop was in the corner at fairprice, I only noticed it after I went for fairprice to shop. There are few restaurants at second floor but iSteak seems good because there was quite a number of people queueing at there. Didn't manage to try it. Maybe next time. I tried korean chicken stall at b1, it was crispy and good. The staff was friendly and patiently explaining me about the food on menu. Order the garlic taste and it was good. Might try again other taste next time. Came twice to the store before and after shopping my groceries, still remember what I asked for the first time not to put chili on the food which I forgot to mention when I ordered. Here also has coffee shop which caught my attention, only sell coffee related stuff like the machine, grinding, etc.

Really love this Sarawak food, especially the manicai series!!!! Hard to find good manicai in Singapore, this is probably the best one. Their Kolomee and Laksa is also very authentic! The tomato fried crispy noodle brings me the memories when I am in Sarawak too haha. Enjoy!!

A small cosy mall serving the neighbourhood. Always love the nice fragrance that greeted us as we entered the mall. My favourite is the Hajime Tonkatsu Ramen - a local chef who learned his culinary skills in Japan before coming to set up shop in myVillage

A quaint mini mall that sits on a small road, or u can call it a picturesque mall, or whichever u define it, as it is has that alluring feel to it. 😀 It has quite a few restaurants in it and has concierge at level 2, which sits facing the escalator leading to the rooftop. A very well maintained mall despite the looks and many aesthetic works of art around. All u need to do is jz slowly walk and breathe while observing everything around. U will realise that there are creative simple designs that makes the place pleasing to look at. The layout is simple with 4 floors to boast at the very least. There are practical and creative designs of art outside as well. Walk along the walls and u will realise this, something that some may not have realised. Talk a slow walk n chill with friends on d coolness of this mall. It is definitely not the best of malls, but it serves the purpose fully. Worth a visit at least once.. Cheers #piquedwanderer #famwithsten

Stay away from this mall till they fix this. Been Going to this mall for almost 10years Everthing is acceptable except the parking exit. What's the use claiming to have the ease of shopping, however when you drive out of the basement parking you get stuck due to their faulty meter. There were many instances when it rains and you have to tap your card outside without shelter to pass thru. I've approach the staff there a few times about this and they claimed that they have voiced this to the management many times but nothing has been done so far. Why other complexes doesn't have this issue? And mind you, the parking fees are high ! ! And you get this kind of service???

Parking exit doesn't work properly! You have to get out of your car to tap your card. Please indicate that you have to do so, so I don't sit and wonder why the gantry isn't working.

Just a very small mall with limited shops and activities. But still a nice place to catch up with friends on a weekday afternoon if you like somewhere quiet and away from the city. The waiting time for banking services is also much shorter compared to other outlets. But note that the place gets pretty busy at night on weekends. Parking will be a challenge.

My Village is a small boutique kind of mall in Serangoon Gardens. There is a FairPrice Finest, gifting shops, apparel boutiques and nail salons. There is food court with decent options as well. It’s situated on Maju Ave opposite Tiong Bahru Bakery. I like to go here for casual shopping when I’m around this area.

It may be a small mall, but it has all the things that you’ll need. There are many food choices, there’s a supermarket at the basement, many boutiques and there’s a DBS branch as well. Parking is also easy! Overall, it’s a great neighbourhood mall.

A tiny yet charming mall right in the heart of Serangoon Gardens. Well it certainly serves the immediate needs of the residents in the neighbourhood. The anchor tenant here is Fairprice Finest and rightfully so considering the upmarket neighbourhood. A couple of restaurants like iSteaks adorn the mall. Is the mall worth a visit ? I would not make my way here if only to visit this mall. Like i said earlier it serves the immediate needs of the neighbourhood and it is a nice mall.

Not too crowded if you go at the right time. Roof top open space is a breath of fresh air in this dense city. Small but spacious.

Small-ish above average upscale neighborhood 'mall'. It has decent selection of daily needs stores and boutique shops and eats. Come and cool down here after eating at chomp chomp.

This mall and it's surrounding reminds me of Holland Village, even more so when I saw that iSteak(a popular steak place that used to be at Holland V) is a major tenant here. Do not expect to find much from such a small mall as eateries occupied most of the units but if you stayed around its vicinity, you would appreciate that they are there.

Management shld really review the car park policy. Only has 1 basement, not alot of lots to start with, and 13 lots were reserved for valet.

[TL;DR]: Come here. Its pretty happening, with movies and yoga… you'll keep coming back. Stores renewing, too! 02/2018 Edit: GNC's gone, also Bakerzin, InlineX and Boulevart, too; but foodies get Maisson Kayser ?, Gu Thai Noodle cafe ?. REVIEW: ? Responsive ownership! ? Nice relaxed suburban mall with an interestingly curated mix of tenants. From the old days, after its heyday as a cinema, it slowly morphed into the Village, firstly providing basic amenities (ntuc, dbs, & what was that electronics mart way back?), then more (classy, different, fun) stuff (Finest, Dbs, Gnc, Hock hua, etc). I see they've tried to move with the times & trends (shuttle buses, iSteaks 'open dining', juicing, open roof decking, events etc), and I believe they are still very active in the community.

It’s a small mall so don’t expect a variety of options. It has a few restaurants, a supermarket, a salon and a few other shops

(Translated by Google) Located in residential areas, most of them are patronized by young people. There are not many tenants and there is no choice. (Original) 设在住宅區內,多数是年青人光顾,租户不多,没有什么選墿。
