Nicely decorated Italian restaurant. During weekdays, there would be 1-for-1 promotion. Quite value for money. Ordered the soup and the main course. Soup was great, and came with a piece of warm bread. Nice! The main course was a bit salty. Other than that, there was quite a lot of ingredients (clams and mussels). Most importantly, this restaurant served angel hair. The angel hair was cooked perfectly. Oh, and the portion seemed a bit small. Overall experience was good! I would definitely come back again.

Love the food here! Pizza and the truffle focaccia were super good and fresh. Super tasty (and personally I think eating with chilli flakes makes them even better!). The fried calamari dish was light and is great for starters. We also ordered the appetizer (melon wrapped in parma ham), and I think that was really good too (I have not tried it before and was a little skeptical, but after the first bite it totally changed my mind). Desserts (tiramisu and molten chocolate lave cake) were okay.

We decided to come here, after reading two separate reviews both pointing to the same place, and also having more than a thousand Google reviews is certainly a testament to this gastronomy adventure. And boy is this the right place. Reservations recommended if you would like your dinner at 6~. We noticed the tables are full. Upon arrival, we were quickly shown to our table and a quick explanation and ordering was done. The appetizers, truffle fries and fried calamari, were cooked just nice, not overly dry yet moist on the inside. In fact, one of my dinners, whom not a fan of fried food, also conceded to the 🍟. 😂 The 🍕 is another WOW. It's cooked spot on, not overly dry or crispy, yet maintaining the soft chewy core of the dough. In fact, can said to be one of the better pizzas in Singapore. You can actually feel and taste the softness of the cheese with every bite. The Tiramisu is also pretty balanced on sweetness and alcohol, neither overpowering the other. Finally, will I come again? YES, even it's driving ~30 minutes from other side of SG, for a well prepared 🍕 dinner. 👍

Hidden gem. Their thin crust Bismarck pizza was baked to perfection. From the stretchy cheese strings to the generous heap of rocket leaves on top, every bite was a joy. The braised lamb stew was so comforting, it transported me right to Italy. It’s full of flavour, texture, and is a massive portion. What’s more, their weekday 1 for 1 lunch promo is really value for money. Will be back again for sure!

Love the ambience, love the food. Try the tiramisu and pastas. Their seafood pastas are really fresh. Second visit here and they never fail to please even with their food delivery. Staff is friendly and although a tad busy during dinner, they try their best to be attentive. A must place to visit for lunch especially because of their 1 for 1 deals!

Decent Italian fare, but at the price point I felt like it under delivered. Would be a great place to recommend if the prices were slightly lower. The crispy pork belly and the squid ink pasta were the highlights for me.

Went for lunch on a weekday for their 1:1 set. Cozy neighbourhood restaurant with parking in front of shop. Worth the $ and good service. Tasty mushroom and bisque crab soup. Big portion of pizza enough for 2. Recommended.

Excellent place for Italian in Singapore. Where most of the other places are less than authentic, we were impressed by the quality and flavour of the food here. Pet-friendly location and they provide water for your dog. Highly recommended!

The food served was super delicious and especially the aglio olio! It was al dente and super yummy with lotsa clams. The staff are friendly and responsive. Food was served super quick as well. An excellent place for casual Italian dining. Food was very well priced as well! Dessert was a little lacklustre but the mains and appetisers made up for it! Would recommend family or friends to come!

The interiors and vibe made me feel like I’m back in Italy 😌 the food is yummy overall! Though the lasagna pasta sheet is slightly tough to bite, like it’s not well cooked, but it’s still passable with its taste. won’t discredit the overall quality bec of this! Will definitely come back!!

I had the 12” Carnivora pizza which was cheesy, juicy and meaty. The pistachio tiramisu was delightful as it had a nutty crunch as opposed to the usual cocoa powder. Not crowded on weekday nights. Food is good, but service could be better as server is not very attentive and accommodating.

The food here was pretty delicious! Service staff was also super friendly and nice to chat with! Personally what was the best out of all the dishes I ate was the Pistachio Lava Cake, with the strong taste of the Pistachio, yet still oozing out! The rest of the savoury dishes were great as well, Escargot Pizza was flavourful, but I prefer the other pizza flavours!

2 Adults 1 kid. Our 11th anniversary dinner. Lovely atmosphere. Spaghetti is great. Chicken chop, average. Mushroom soup, kids love it. Calamari portion is huge as appetizers. Will I come back again? Yes, for the spaghetti maybe.

Pizza was delicious! Their calamari and funghi fritters sides both came in huge portions. Unfortunately, both their pastas tasted average. Tap water is free here!

Came here for the 2nd time for friends birthday celebration and it's another good meal. Squid Ink spaghetti - the taste is a boom. So so flavourful. I think it's one of the best squid ink spaghetti I tasted so far. Full of flavour. We have vegan pizza and each of the pizza won't disappoint you. The crust is Crunch and topping is flavourful. Mushroom soup is thick and good. Good experience and definitely my to go place for Italian cuisine.

Pizza is a must to order here. Such a neighborhood shop that can have such amazing quality of pizza is amazing. Pasta is average. Calamari portion is quite generous give the price. Service is below par when it come to dinner time when more customers in the shop.

Hidden amongst the neighbourhood, a very cosy place. Ordered fish and chips and 2 pizzas and a couple of drinks. The fish and chips came out uncooked and we had to send it back. Hence the 4 stars. Perhaps next round I’ll go back and see if I can give 5 stars.

Overall really decent casual place with solid food! Located a housing estate so there isnt any pressure to dress up. The lasagna was way better than I expected, so was the pizza. Service is prompt and attentive and prices aren't crazy. Pretty much a relatively hidden joint for the ppl staying around and area.

Food is good. For starters, we had the crab bisque and it came piping hot (like how a soup should) with warm toasted bread. We also ordered the linguine cartoccio and it was really flavourful. The dessert was alright. Decent selection of wine.

Everything about dining in Pietro certainly made our dinner a delight! The Ravioli Al Frutti De Mare ('Seafood Ravioli') was simply robust, with strong undertones of creaminess enveloping the full-bodied seafood flavour. The ravioli itself was stuffed quite generously and cooked al-dante, which made for a pleasant bite into each one. The half crayfish was the cherry on the cake - it complemented the harmony of rich flavours beautifully. Overall, worth the price and a must-try dish at Pietro! My friend thoroughly savoured the Lasagne Di Manzo - 'Warm and creamy while it melts in your mouth beautifully; the cheeses are surprisingly light and springy - certainly a treat for anyone!' The tiramisu that we ordered was very generous in portion and simply indulgent. It was moist and indulgent, yet delectably light:) We loved the homely ambience of the restaurant and will definitely be back again!

Awesome Italian food! Pizza, pasta, melon prosciutto and the pistachio lava cake are very nice. The escargot is a bit overpowered by the mushroom. The tiramisu is also good.

Went for dinner for 2 adults and 1 child. Ordered Calamari Fritti, Fettuccini Aglio Olio Porcini E Gamberi, Pizza Romana, Tiramisu Classico and Oreo Cheesecake. The serving portion are decent and we ordered a tad too much. Food are great. The fettuccini was al dente and flavourful. Personally would prefer if the prawns are deveined. Pizza was nicely baked with crispy edge and generous amount of toppings. The Tiramisu’s lady fingers were fully soaked in kahlua, making it a nice touch to finish up a good meal. All the servers are great, courteous and attentive to the customer’s needs.

Wife said i will love their Tiramisu... n she was right! Tiramisu al pistachio.. fantastic dessert. Amazed with their Bolognese too. Seeing my son 9 could nearly finish it by himself i had to ask him to stop save room for dessert. ^_^. It's been a while since i had dined in ltaliano restaurant. I like the food here n the ambience in there,it was well lit up. The service was very good. Enough staff, smiled n well trained. It was rare to see when a waiter cleaning the table, spray the cleaning agent closely onto the cloth first, then wipe the table. *Waiter-John 2 thumb up* Usually the one i saw just spray the chemical agent straight onto the table...=_=" I say this place will do better if there are more parking lots. Haiz... SG cramp up Hope to come back again with just my wife, kids just mess up the mood lol.

We had the Calamari Fritti, Pizza Ai Frutti Di Mare Al Nero Di Seppia, and Risotto Di Mare Zafferano – all via food delivery. All of them tasted so good, I can imagine it would be fantastic to dine at the restaurant. Looking forward to that next!

we didn’t have a reservation so walked in, had to wait 20-30mins but the guy who helped get us a table (john) was very nice. we ordered garlic bread (sticks) and felt it was mid. they didn’t season the corners and it was just overall lacking. would not get again. we also got the calamari and the rings were huge. it was crispy and generously portioned. for mains we got lasagna, buffalo pizza and squid ink risotto. the lasagna was probably the best main out of the three. tasted good, the cream seemed a bit watery at first but it was a great dish! buffalo pizza nothing fantastic. we should’ve gone for another flavour but we were tempted by this. squid ink risotto has chilli padi in it so my mom felt it was spicy but it was fine for me personally. rice was a bit under, very creamy and they were generous w ingredients so overall it was good. we liked the lasagna and that we had a good server but the atmosphere and food was not it.

Their pizza is a 100%!! Look at the generous amount of prosciutto. Its pretty expensive to add on a burrata, but you have no choice right? Bcos prosciutto and burrata are meant to be together!! Lol Other than that. Love the mushroom soup and the calamari! Service was great as well. Always greeting with a smile.

Visited here for dinner. Food is pretty good. Would recommend their vongole! Had their aglio olio but it’s not your usual one. They used some sauce for their aglio olio but it isn’t that nice for me.

Ordered the Bismark pizza and the lamb pizza for self pickup with the 1 for 1 promo. I called around 11:45 and they were ready exactly as estimated at 12:15, even though it was fairly crowded when I went there. Do take note the prices have gone up by $4-ish compared to their menu photo here in Gmaps

Food is great as usual and nice. Pizza never fails and huge. Great place and highly recommended.

  • 4/5 CW T. 1 year ago on Google
This restaurant has operated a very long term "promotion" of offering certain dishes on the menu "1 for 1". I would consider that the price you pay is reasonable for the portion size and taste of the food. Take note though that the portion size is not large and so I believe that one person can easily eat two dishes ("1 for 1") on his / her own.

Hidden gem! Food was delicious! It was full house on a Saturday night, so reservation is a must. Service was relatively fast considering they were so busy.

  • 4/5 Joanne C. 1 year ago on Google
Quaint Italian place in Seletar Hills. Parking may be a challenge if lots out front of the restaurant are fully taken. Food was nice, portions being generous. Had some pizza, pastas and the pan fried sea bass. All beautifully done. Service was pleasant. I would go back again. Booked via Chope and bought the vouchers for a 20% off on a Saturday lunch.

Authentic Italian food. One for one mains and soup during weekdays lunch. Great for small gatherings and family meals. Good selection of wines and drinks. Helpful staff checked if anyone in our group had any foos allergies. Restaurant allows reservation via phone. Street parking.

Starters were more competent than the mains of pizza, pasta, lasagna and risotto. Somehow the mains were all lacking in flavors, like it should need more salt or some spices like basil, rosemary or oregano to make the flavors more complex. The tomato sauce in my lasagna wasn’t rich enough, and the top part of the lasagna was surprisingly hard? There were too little beef in it and my favourite part of lasagna is the cheese and that seems to be sorely lacking in this dish. I have eaten lasagna at half of this price point and it was waaaay more delicious. Really disappointed considering how much I was looking forward to having my lasagna fix and photos l’ve seen looked so tempting. Pizzas needed a good sprinkling of cheese and chilli flakes to bring out the flavors. Most dishes looked better than they tasted, well at least it makes for a good photo. The restaurant is good enough for a casual Italian fix, but you’ll be disappointed if you’re looking for an authentic Italian experience. It’s still worth it if you are using some discounts, else you’ll be better off eating somewhere else with a similar price point. Buffalo wings and calamari were pretty delicious though. The whole place can get quite noisy when crowded, but I like that I can be away from the hustle and bustle of the city and be in a secluded area for my meal. -Recommended (which I always order when I do visit): Buffalo wings; fried calamari; Proscuitto -Above average (dishes I wouldn’t mind ordering again): Risotto; Pizza Di Pollo Arrosto Bufalo; Pizza Pietro; Ravioli Carbonara; lava cake -Wouldn’t order again (not to my liking but it’s just my taste): lasagna; Linguine Al Cartoccio; Pizza Bismark

quaint Italian restaurant nestled amongst some landed properties in yio chu kang. the food is awesome! calamari was fresh and serving size was huge. burrata on the on the pizza was creamy and the prosciutto was not too salty. truffle foccacia smelled tantalising. finally the pistachio tiramisu was light and capped off our meal perfectly. 10/10 will come again! :)

  • 5/5 Choon T. 3 years ago on Google
Awesome lunch at this quiet neighbourhood. The weekday 1 for 1 lunch promotion is even more amazing! Both the pasta and risotto were delicious. The beef cheek however stands out. It was really soft and flavoursome. It was cooked perfectly! For dessert, the vanilla panna cotta was equally tasty. The rich vanilla flavour was simply unforgettable. Will be back for their weekday lunch promotion 😀
