very surprising!!! first pic was what i wanted from pinterest, wolf cut! i showed eros and he was very confident however… he curled my hair too much that it became the 2nd to 4th pic which was cute i DIDNT HATE IT BUT it was very very different from what i wanted… but surprisingly the next few days, it became really nice i really liked it! it was layered which was what i wanted and the bangs had a nice curl to it however for the price i paid… i expected better from him 😓😓 he sounded very professional but he made it way too different from the picture i showed…

The services have exceeded my expectations, I came to the salon with my hair in a depressing state and I left as a totally different person. Eros Davis consulted with me on what I wanted to get and his services were top tier. I have the type of hair that is really difficult for hair stylists to work with but he fully transformed my coarse damaged hair into healthy, full, luscious hair. I have dyed it and gotten a hair treatment and it did miracles for my hair and my confidence. I will definitely come back and I recommend this place (and especially Eros) to anyone that wants a good quality, life changing service.

We found this place because of the good reviews and I can see why! I’m really happy with my new haircut. Eros did a great job on advice and treatment. He made my dull yellow-ish hair look healthy and fresh again with a new color with highlights. As a christmas present I got the no-yellow shampoo, mask and color shampoo for free😍

I got highlights and a hair cut. First, I was a bit hesitated because the prices were higher than expected. But now I’m really happy that I decided to let Eros do a restyling. Everybody is very welcoming and I would go again.

I came here to bleach and colour my hair purple. It took longer than expected and it ran past their closing time but the staff were all so nice and still did everything they could perfectly. I feel awful for running off time but my stylists were Wilson and GJ were so nice and they did such an amazing job. I would come back here again the next time I come back to KL ^^

I am an OKU and I have tinnitus (hearing disability). Both my 13 year old daughter and I is borned with hearing impairment. I came because of Eros Davis as I heard he is very good with hair. Initially I just wanted a hair wash and blow and for my daughter a hair cut and wash. Eros Davis recommended me to do a keratin & scalp treatment with a head massage as well as I was having a very migraine due to the heat. At first Eros quoted me RM 317 and I was hesitant because it is too expensive but then he bring the price down to RM 250 for me and me alone not including my daughter which I thought would just be RM 68 for a junior stylist. My budget was RM 400 for both my daughter and I. When wanting to pay the bill, the total came to RM 674! I was so so shocked till my hands started to shake and my heart was beating too fast that I felt like fainting. Apparently the guy that did my daughters hair (not Eros) added treatment or something for my daughter and he was mumbling and I couldn’t make out what he was saying as it was noisy plus he was wearing a mask and I just thought he wanted to add a hair serum to my daughter. So I just nodded ok because hair serum is only around rm20-rm30. Then I was preoccupied texting my clients while the guy came back and mumbling something bringing the calculator and showed me RM 349. I thought that was the total for me and my daughter together but it was not! RM 349 for my daughter only! Omg! I was so angry and frustrated that I almost felt like fainting when I saw the figures. Can you imagine RM 674 😳😞 when I just wanted a wash and cut for my daughter. Eros Davis rescued me and said yes he knows my budget and that the other guy should have asked Eros before proceeding as Eros knew I couldn’t afford that much. Eros, with his kind heart (bless him) waved the treatment that the other guy did for my daughter and I paid RM 384 in total. I am so shocked still and my hands and body was trembling. I apologize to Eros Davis as I told him that I have hearing impaired and so is my daughter. My 13 year old doesn’t know anything about hair. She just wanted a hair wash and cut. When I asked my daughter, didn’t she realize what the guy was doing to your hair? she said she thought it was part of the routine. She didn’t know better, she’s just a kid. I didn’t watch what that guy was doing to my daughters hair as I was busy texting and emailing my clients. I only watched when he cut and blow my daughters hair. Plus I was having a migraine. I didn’t have enough in my bank account to pay RM 674 as I said my budget was not more than RM 400. My pay still haven’t come in yet otherwise I would have paid. But the main thing here is that guy (not Eros) should not have been making his own calculations without asking Eros first. I mean I am dealing with Eros. Eros Davis, thank you so very much for your kindness. May God bless your kind soul. I will come back for Eros Davis and the girl that washed my hair.

Did my hair here for the first time. Lucy was my hairdresser and she did an amazing job!! Asked for layered cut with wispy bangs. She listened to what I wanted and it came out perfect. Definitely would recommend. Love the cut 😍

Staffs are friendly, tries to upsell but not being very pushy - which is good. Hair cut service is good, hairwash service however can be improved on. It was quick and easy, something you probably do at home anyway. Not something i would expect after paying extra for a scalp shampoo service. Overall, not bad, just lacking in hair wash service

just came here to get my haircut but Eros said i better to change my hair color and get treatment ... the result i love it and i look 5 years younger, u should come here when visiting Kuala Lumpur, and trust Eros for ur hair. love from jakarta... i also get nail done here its so pretty too

I have very curly hair and Joice was able to handle my hair so well. She didn't fuss or complain about my hair texture. She made me feel comfortable and iron my hair so straight and gave me nice Hollywood waves/curls in the bottom. I love my hair! It feels so soft and looks so shiny/healthy.

Eros worked wonders on my hair as a first-time customer! My hair was looking lifeless and depressing. I went for a wash and cut with senior stylist Lucy, who was patient in listening to what I wanted. She was very focused while cutting my hair. After the cut, junior stylist Yen washed my hair. She's amazing, and we had good chats. Overall, Lucy and Yen were really nice to me. Additionally, there wasn't much hard selling, which made me feel comfortable about going there

I actually went down to the salon like a day before new years 2024. I was attended by Eros who was as good in fact better as all the reviews on google. He recommended a keratin hair treatment that was quite pricey but he was right that it would be best for me and the most long lasting treatment I had up to date. It’s been like 3 months since I had the keratin hair treatment and my hair still feels sooooo much healthier!! And he was so sweet and included a hair cut which I didn’t even have to show him a reference picture and he cut my hair exactly the way I wanted it to be and even better than what I expected!!! Honestly the best hair cut I’ve ever had! Super worth the price tag love love love!

Came here initially for perm but due to bleached hair, my stylist, Eros Davis, was quick to spot that my hair will damage if permed. Hence he asked me to take the keratin treatment instead. At first I was hesitant as it was pricy and i have never gotten a treatment but he gave us a discount! After 1hour or so, the final results were shocking!! my hair never been smoother or healthier and i’m so happy with the results! he also gave me a christmas gift, 3 different hair products that are worth 400rm! overall i’m super satisfied with the end product and will be back soon when visiting KL! thank you so much Eros! I highly recommend everyone to try this salon when in KL!

Quality: Stylist Faye was super detailed in doing my colour dye, he brushed on the colour over and over so that it would be even. Polite: No push sales here, Faye politely asked if I wanted the add-on protection during the wash. When I declined, he didn’t insist on it. Price: Quoted RM428 for trim, whole head dye (long hair), wash and blow. (I had the Color + Wash & Cut with scalp protection service under L’Oreal Professional Service on the price list) Return: I’d totally return for the quality, politeness and price. Also, I was a walk-in and came about 3pm, started 10-15 mins later as I had no appointment and it started promptly! I mentioned I was rushing for a wedding dinner and Faye estimated it’ll take 2 hrs + and I’m done at 6:20pm. Super satisfied!

Lucy and Santy were very accomodating when we came in last minute before closing for hair wash and blow dry. they were willing to stay after closing to do our services and everything was great and comfortable.

Nice and clean salon with kind staff! Had the shiseido 5 step treatment done with Lucas who was very professional. Prices seem to be on the steeper side compared to other salons in my opinion. The staff were kind enough to suggest us places to go visit and eat. I’d come back for the good service!

Was very pleased with Eros’ service. Came in for a treatment and coloring. Eros was very friendly and even offered a discount. He did a great job with my hair, though the cut was very minimal. It’s the best keratin treatment I’ve ever had. And he even threw in a free bottle of hair serum. Clearly this place has great customer service and I can see why they have so many great reviews.
