I had a very unpleasant visit at another dental so I decided to try Lau Dental after reading so many positive reviews on Google. And indeed I am very satisfied and didn’t regret coming here. Dr Chan was very patient and detailed in explaining my problems. She explained thoroughly all the options that I have and all the pros and cons consequences of each option. She also told me the price to expect , for me to consider, which was also my concern even when I didn’t ask about it. I’m so happy to choose to come for consultation here. I’ll be doing root canal with Dr Queenie next month and I hope that she will solve my tooth problem and hope that the procedure will be comfortable too.

Great experience. Easy to make an appointment, front office staff was very helpful, all were understanding even though I was late. Dr. Lau greeted me personally in the waiting room prior to consultation. The first step is to take a picture of your teeth, and it really did enlighten me how poorly I have been taking care of my oral health. Dr. Lau gave very clear explanation about the condition of my teeth and how to take care of them going forward. Overall 5 stars experience and I would recommend anyone to come here for your dental treatment :)

I am very afraid of having my teeth filled, but the fillings here made me less afraid. The person who received me was Dr Lau. dr he cares about my feelings all the time, the whole process is not so depressing, the price is also very reasonable, and there are no random charges. Dr Koh is amazing! She’s very thorough, gentle, friendly and very professional! She was so good that I dozed off during the procedure. I did 7 fillings and scaling. Most importantly, the price is reasonable for such professional work done! Came here for braces and was assigned to Dr Chew. My wife and I came from Singapore for holiday in Malaysia and visited Lau Dental Clinic & Surgery yesterday for teeth whitening procedure. The result was a shining success, thanks to the expertise of Dr. Lee & Dr Chong plus the entire team. One day prior the procedure, the clinic sent us parking instructions near the clinic. The clinic itself is bright and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Dr. Lee and Dr Chong are fantastic! They took the time to explain the whitening process clearly and answer all our questions thoroughly. We felt confident we were in good hands throughout the entire procedure. The whitening itself was painless and quick, and the results were immediate! My wife experienced very mild sensitivity during the treatment and Dr Chong immediately addressed her issues. Now our teeth are 7 & 8 shades brighter now, and we can't stop smiling. Overall, I couldn't be happier with our visit to Lau Dental. If you're looking for a professional, friendly, and effective teeth whitening experience, I highly recommend them! Did my tooth scaling and filling here. Dr. Chew done it gently and patiently. Though for some reason after 6 month my filling chipped off, I reached them again and ask me to come back and check the issue. Dr. Chew fixed the problem and so far everything is fine. Making appointment is convenient too, reception is friendly, and clinic has a welcoming environment. Thanks 😊

I did scaling for the first time and I was happy that I did it here. The dentist was very nice and often checked if i was okay since it does hurt a little and at the same time provided a spray to help numb the pain. I was happy with the results but unfortunately I did find some parts of my teeth still having a little bit of tar tar. I'm not sure if it's because it's my first time doing scaling and it's harder to remove it or it's just a honest mistake. Overall, although it may not be the results I expect. I would still come back as I think the service was very good here. Before coming I checked the price and they were nice to provide me info of the cost of the procedure and max price as well as giving me a day reminder of my dentist appointment. The dentist was also very good as she recommend me some stuff to help me take care of my teeth. This will probably my regular dental clinic but I just hope that the result will be slightly better next time.

I dint know they have kids service until today. Dr Chew gave my daughter a cute fashion ring after her teeth extraction. And she still love it. Price is also very reasonable.

Had a last minute walk-in for a wisdom tooth extraction and the front desk staff were so helpful, wonderful and lovely, they were even able to slot me in for an earlier appointment than expected. I got Dr. Chew for my extraction and she was fantastic! I explained my past trauma with horrible dentists around KL and she was very understanding and comforting throughout the entire process, had no pain at all and even the nurses were so helpful. 10/10 , 5 Star Service, Definitely recommended!
