I made an appointment at 11am. Sorry for being punctual i really came at 11am. But then another patient came in before me. And i was expected to wait for him for 25mins? What’s the point of making appointment? Im sorry as I have other errands to do. We should all respect each others time. This isnt my first time and the reason Im being patient and keep coming back because i wanted to finish my course. So anyway, dentist memang baik tip top but customer service is also important bc we are dealing with time. I literally cancelled my plumber dapur bocor mengalir ke lantai just because of this appointment ya. So please respect your customer’s time like we do. Thank you

As with most dental experience, I was a bit apprehensive in coming to this clinic at first. However, after going thru the dental procedures, I found it to be a pleasant and enriching experience. Dr.Mohd Faizal is an experienced periodontist, patiently explaining my case as well as explaining what are the necessary actions he's going to take. He's very gentle but firm and took the extra precaution in taking care of my teeth. The staff are good and helpful. Dr. Mohd Faizal is very professional in handling patients, compassionate and well versed in his subject matter. Wish I could had met him earlier so that he could have done more in handling my teeth and gum problems. Bravo and Tqsm Dr Mohd Faizal for the excellent service.!!
