One of the better Nandos outlets. Bright, clean & spacious with a view of the street. The staff were friendly. Prices went up a bit but still okay. Now they are app based ordering & immediate payment before being served. We got ourselves 2 quarter chickens with sides & a mushroom soup. Soup came first. Remember it is much thicker. Flavor is okay. Chickens arrived as requested. Nicely charred. Good portion size. Juicy & yummy. Sides were good too especially the wedges. Crunchy with the kick from the peri peri seasoning. Overall we enjoyed our dinner. Will surely return when we have cravings for Nandos.

25/3/2019 19:40 Nando's Pearl Point Why is the peri peri sauce so freaking salty omgggggg Ordered a 1/4 Chicken with spicy level HOT and Chicken Tenders with spicy level Lemon&Herb. Both meals are super duper salty, i kept drinking water till now and still damn thirsty!!! And when i told the cashier in charge about the chicken is damn salty when checking out, the cashier is bossy, like she dont see a problem that kind of attitude. How the hell Nando's turned so bad? From the sauce so freaking salty, till tidak apa attitude from the crew. I do not want to complain that how small is the portion, but why didnt your chef tasted the peri peri sauce before even serving to the guest? P/S: Some waiters are very enthusiastic, however the food quality spoiled the mood.

Located at the Pearl Point old wing, visited this restaurant for dinner on Monday night, not very crowded, but calm atmosphere, plenty of empty seats available, and the place is very clean. It requires ordering the food and drinks by scanning the QR codes placed on the table and it will direct you to website where you will be ordering those foods and drinks in the website, and once done, they will deliver you the foods within 10 minutes at least (maybe because it need time to grill those chickens). It comes with handful of sauces, range from spicy sauces to sour, hot sauces that used to serve the chicken, rices and fries. Drinks can be refilled in unlimited times at the machine that provides iced tea, coke and soft drinks. Food here so far it was okay, and portion of the foods, especially the rice and fries, were quite huge that it's worth sharing for friends and family.

Everything is good with friendly staffs too but the overall outlet were way too bright and if you sit facing outside, it is way too glaring. Nando's should tint it darker as all the outlet I've been to, this is the brightest outlet around and maybe this outlet too are full of glass as wall. Besides that, every other thing and services are great and as expected. A++

Food - happy trio chicken. The chicken is tender but not salty enough. The red bell pepper too big cut, hard to eat. Overall the taste is good Service - me and my friend order separately thru the ordering system. I choose to pay at counter while my friend paid with grabpay. We ordered the same food with different spicyness, Her food arrived first and after 15mins my food still not arriving. After checking with waiter, I first need to pay at the counter or else the food WILL NOT SERVE and yet NO ONE INFORM ME about this and it's not written in system. the waiter never feel curious why customer never pay yet and continue gather at counter to chitchat. Nando's should improve the quality of system and waiter attentiveness. Food name Happy Trio Chicken but I'm not happy dining in. Thank you.

New place has taken up two restaurant lots in Pearl Point Hotel which previously were Subway and Korean restaurant. This branch was previously from Citrus Park and some staffs are from there. Overall food was so so compared to klcc and one utama. Staffs also not as attentive (same like Citrus Park) and you need to tell them that the chicken not to be over grilled (previous bad experience with over grilled chicken at Citrus Park branch).

Visited last week with kids. The place is quite good and have ample of space. There is not much crowed and order delivered super fast. They also give snacks for kids free. It was french fries for a person. There is quarter free meal too if you got three chills points. Each visit and if you spend more then RM 30 then you get a chilli point. Drinks are bit expensive as it was RM 8 per drinks like Pepsi, coke etc. You can refill it without paying. Nice place for family eating.

Took more than 1 hour to prepare my food. At first i asked when will my food be ready, the staff said in half an hour. After half an hour went by, i asked again y my food is not ready yet, she told my food will be ready in 30 mins. N then the waiter came back n told me they ran out of chicken?!

Though very quiet at first but thereafter customers start coming in. It's being awhile that I have eaten in a Nandos restaurant and I find the services is commendable with their friendly staffs. Foodwise and its taste has not change much. However, noticed the size of the quarter chicken has shrink. Wonder why?

Today i had a very delicious and happy meal. Muffin is super delicious and not too sweet. Cocoa lover must try! The staff is very friendly and approachable. And the chicken breast is very well cooked. Its very tender and not dry at all😍 thanks to chef and service crew member

My family , we frequent here because ... It's the outlet... with staffs that are very courteous helpful n polite...regardless of race n religion. I find the staffs are a pride for Nando's . Nandos are usually packed in Damansara but I found this gem in Pearl Point when I wanted to satisfy my cravings! Not crowded, food is good as always and special thanks to Haziqah! I don’t usually rave about writing reviews but she was so sweet and very attentive. Took the time to REALLY serve her customers when it isn’t full house. Always loved Nandos but never had one where I wanted to know the waitress’ name. Thank you Haziqah! Made a preggy momma happy today you were so kind 🤍🤍

No frills joint. Food is good, no disappointments. Service by staff is cool as always with Nando's. Pearl point outlet is spacious with outdoor options also. Not much crowded these days...

The male manager is downright rude. Speak arrogantly to customers and raising voice. The restaurant is chaotic and no proper queueing system and staff manning the entry. Should improve on customer service and communication.

Cheaters you people are!! Ordered RM 155 worth of food via Grab Food Delivery and you sent missing items and incomplete order! Portions sizes all I ordered and paid for Large but sent all small!! And charged me for Large on top of that!! Cheaters you all are!! Refused to refund my money and steal my money and never claim responsibility!! God is watching!! You better be careful!!

The food is fantastic as always. I love their chicken and seasoning. The combination of side dishes is very nice. Just that the place is a bit too bright during afternoon. I can't love without Nando's.

Nice and cozy place to relax, food served very fast The staff's service very good, they will teach you 1 by 1 on how to order and link with the Nando apps. They even serve you a FOC mushroom soup (Dec promo when using ewallet).

The chicken is so good here. It's soft and juicy. They also have a lot of sauce to choose from. Soooo amazing. You must try their wild herb sauce 😉

Food is great. This is Nando’s, so that’s expected. Give credit where credit is due though. They have good food, but anything besides that is pretty much trash. There were only two waitresses, and you couldn’t get them to respond to any call you have from your seats, especially if you sit outside. The tables and chairs on the outside were full of sand, very dirty. The waitress didn’t respond in a friendly manner towards our request for her to clean the table. The waitress also did not ask for my choice of flavor for the chicken, and assumed Mild because my friend on the same table chose Mild.

I went many times but the last time I went. The waitress the way she service using shortcut by passing through the passerway just because we are sitting at the side near to the walk way. Our last dish was serve better by the 2nd waitress. However the 1st waitress did the same to the customer behind our table. Not because of service tax but be more professional in serving the customer.

Vege all not available and failed to mention until we sat to order. Also the Hot sauce wasn't available too. These you should mention for customers to make an informed decision to dine in

Bringing out my daughter for a late supper on a rainy day. Saw the review of Nando suppose to be quite highly recommended among others. My daughter who usually a health freak, i thought this is a better choice for her. She happily pick a wrap which written there with ingredients to have lettuce and tomato along with chicken meat. Yet, we were serve with a wrap with totally zero vegetables. When i prompted their attendants on where the greens part goes... their very first reactions were asking me if i order online n paid online. I was like... yes. Your cashier ask me to do so... and they reacted as if i should be the one to blame since their kitchen has no longer any lettuce. It is not so much on a lettuce issue, but the attitude and the internal lack of communication and from the way i look at it, just trying to get it away things until someone finally make a fuss then they are aware that sometimes details does matter. I do seriously suggest to their restaurant when their staff are not all ready for online cum table services... then do not rely on it.

First table we picked had a sticky greasy surface Lucky we could move After paying for order we were advised chicken will be 15 min late which was acceptable. After 29 min I insisted on some response. Then they served. I insisted on the manager, who arrived with a serious attitude and the server who contradicted the notice of late serving she relayed to us, also with a serious attitude

Love Nando's. The staff is very nice and courteous

Nando's with a scenic street view offers a pleasant dining experience. However, service can be challenging as it's sometimes hard to call a staff. Overall, it's an enjoyable place for a meal, with the food's great taste making up for the service hiccup.

Standard fast food chain. More pricey than mcds but its chicken so it has to be more expensive. Parking is fine in the shopping complex.

The service over here is very good. The staff here is very friendly and the food is also very good. I had the espatada (mild) with garlic bread and Peri Peri chips. The garlic bread could be a little bit better, but the chicken and chips were very good. Also the coke refill is very nice and the lemon lime cooler is very refreshing with the spicy chicken. The atmosphere in Nando's is very nice and cozy.

We need to wait for a table about 5minutes when we arrived about 6.30pm on Sunday. It never happened in Plaza OUG as we just walked in and choose a table. Business is so good after moved here. Food still tastes good.
