    This is by far the best after-sales service I received. Props to Mr. Darwish in making my experience one of the best ever. This guy deserve some raise. This 3S is a new facility and the service is top notch. There are coffees n cookies provided, kid's playpen and TV area. Things to improve; free WIFI for visitors and free shuttle to AEON Anggun Rawang nearby. Keep it up, guys.

    Service very slow and don’t have ready part. For any warranty claims need to wait over a week still haven’t get my part ready for replacement

    This is definitely my 3S Honda Services Centre that I will service my car on a regular basis, however do check with the services staffs what's compulsory for every 10K services and to ask them to advise you accordingly. My friend went for his last servicing and they missed out on an alternative non compulsory services which my friend agreed to be included. When he got the call and went to collect his car there, he just asked them to deduct the non compulsory service as they didn't manage to do it at the time when my friend went to collect his car. Overall the service staffs are very friendly and approachable, and every time we went there to service our car we just asked them for compulsory services according to our car mileage at the time of services.

    Very bad experience, service centre tak properly pasang lower bracket engine after service, baru keluar service centre dah jatuh and then SC neglect to responsible 😂

    Staffs were friendly and the waiting area was comfortable enough. There is a mini bar that serves coffee to refresh yourself.

    The credibility is very low. Initially, they mentioned have available stock, and I've already paid a booking fee with an approved loan. However, in the end, I still couldn't get the car.

    Did my first service with them today. On the service and hospitality side was amazing, SA was thorough and explained all lines clearly. All was almost perfect until when I collect my car and noticed there were a significant number of coins (estimated about > rm10) missing. This is what was left when I collected my car. Key learning, really don’t leave any valuables (no matter the amount) in the car. Trust was definitely broken

    Best service ever from Honda. But Honda can upgrade more. Maybe put the chairs complete with the earphones to hear the music. Sometimes give the discount for the regular customer for their loyalty. At least one free service.

    Slowest processing for car servicing ever, takes them more than half an hour just to process one person which is actually by appointment. and it looks like they only started processing at 10am+. they also insisted on 'cleaning my engine' when my car was only at the 65000km mark. I'd compared with other service centers and they had no such requirement to clean the engine. if you have choices to go to another service center, I recommend you do so.

    SA very good and polite. One thing i love to service my car here is because AEON Jusco just 5 min walking. And mcdonald just in front of this place, can kill time and dont need to wait in the waiting area.

    Superb service, Mr Tan do serve me well on my regular service and he's well attend on my need or dont. After the service done he do double check am I still have ample time wait for the car to be clean, do aware that washing might take longer waiting time as i notice just 2 washing port. Car is squeaky clean worth the wait.

    It is still new. There's lots of room for improvement. I think they are still lacking of manpower. The service and waiting time is rather long. I am not sure at the sales side. The customer service is friendly. Looking at their long waiting hours for service, they should provide some light refreshments. Now they have cookies which can be very sweet for people who are health conscious.
