Mr Siew was a good tour guide for our one day tour from Ipoh to Cameron Highlands. He voluntarily took an ART and shared the weather forecast before we met, drove carefully and recommended great places to visit, eat and buy souvenirs. He was punctual and patiently waited for us at each stop, and provided the local history, umbrellas and bottled water.

Best Private Tour Guide by far. Me and my family booked the private tour with Mr Lim from Raythetour without any knowledge of what to expect in the tour. The tour experiences lead by the tour guide Mr Lim had far exceeded our expectation with his professionalism, patience, kindness and most importantly his honesty. Not only he will explain to us the story behind the places and attractions we visit, but he will also make sure to protect and prevent us from stepping into tourist's traps. But I think his greatest traits is his multilingualism and his patience when communicating with my parents and myself. He can switch between different languages seamlessly and my parents is very pleased with his communication and explanations of the different places. His guidance had made the tour one of the most memorable for my parents and they are still talking about the trip even after it ended a number of days ago, especially this is their first ever overseas trip after Covid. We are already planning another trip soon next year and we can't wait to see Mr Lim again. We feel extremely lucky to get to have him be our tour guide in our first trip to Ipoh and making it so special for us!

We were very lucky to have toured with Raymond for our day tour to Cameron Highlands. He was articulate, humorous, down to earth, patient and accommodating towards my family and I (including taking us on so many toilet stops because of my elderly dad). Also a gentleman with the sort of British old world impeccable manners and charm (and enunciation). He is a very skilled and experienced driver, and can navigate the winding roads of CH with 100% comfort. Car is super clean and comfortable. He introduces places super well, knows the history of Ipoh and SEA inside out and is highly highly professional. He took us to so many great food places in Ipoh and CH. The food were the highlights of our trip. Really. Everything else we'd tried so far had been unremarkable until we met Raymond. Highly recommend him, and we look forward to our next tour with him. If you can get him as your guide, you are in great hands!

Ray gave us a fantastic tour of Cameron Highlands. He was very accommodating with our taste and what we wanted to do. We had a one day tour to the Cameron Highlands during our stay in Ipoh with the guide Mr. Siew. We could choose all the sights beforehand as Ray offers a fully customizable tour, so we started early with dim-sum at a local restaurant in Ipoh. Mr. Siew kindly offered multiple options to choose from. Then we headed to the Highlands where we visited a vegetable farm, the BOH tea plantations, a strawberry farm and multiple locations of the Cameron Valley tea estate as well the center of Tanah Rata. We had plenty of time at each place and we felt that there was great flexibility in case we wanted to add a stop here or there. Mr. Siew was very attentive and he has great knowledge about the different attractions of the Highlands as well about Ipoh. Also communication to organize the tour was very easy and fluid over Whatsapp. I very much recommend Ray the Tour and hope to be back to Ipoh and Cameron Highlands one day.

We've done a 1-day trip from Ipoh to Cameron Highlands this May with Raymond, the most amazing and pleasant guide we could ask for. Our first stop was a very lcoal Ipoh café where we got nice food and of course the signature white coffee. Refreshed, we drove into the mountains and from the very beginning we enjoyed enlightened conversation about all kinds of topics. We really enjoyed our guide's experience and knowledge about life in Malaysia, as it felt like talking to a best friend and Raymond answered to anything and everything we were curious about. We stopped at several beautiful places including the BOH tea plantation, which was our main point of interest. It was an outstanding and a memorable day, one of the best during our stay in Malaysia!

As a travel there are at times logistical obstacles that are near impossible to resolve that is until you call in the Dream Team. Still not sure how your team managed get my family from A to B to C as we am much grateful. The operation of our transits was clock work with a nice clean car. Your team was positive, funny, problem solving and the driver could have been an academic. Great trip with super response time! Your team went over and above to aid us.

Contacted Ray the tour directly and they were very responsive. Booked a day tour for 8 pax to Cameron Highlands and Ipoh on the 20th and 21st Oct respectively. They confirmed the driver and van for us 2 days before our arrival. Driver Ah Kin was punctual on both days and bought us for breakfast before our trip to Cameron and Ipoh. Very pleased with the tour experience! Liaising with the tour operator was a breeze before the trip. We are a group of 8 people with 3 kids. We were allocated a comfortable and spacious vehicle (forgot to take note of the model). Kok Sang brought us to concubine lane first thing in the morning because it was less warm and less crowded and true enough the crowd came in while we were about to leave. I left the rest of the itinerary to him and he planned where to bring us. We went to 4 different places, had dinner rather late but Kok Sang didn’t mind ending late and offered to send us back to our hotel. Thank you for the great service! We had fun in Ipoh
