Takeaway nandos while staying here in Melaka. As a nandos lover, I would give a five star for the meal. Tender chicken and favourite wedges and chips make my day. The standard is still there though I'm taking away my food. But would always prefer to dine in if possible.

Firstly, the cashier very rude today, i want to asking for some infomation about food/redeem code for peri soup. But the cashier talk back at customer ( angry face). 👎🏻very low attitude

Nice place to come and eat some Nandos chicken.. very generous with the fries and wedges! But somehow chicken is a bit tough for me 🍗🍗🍗😑😑😑

Nandos always seem to disappoint.... The chicken tenders were hard.... The burger patty was dry n lackiing in flavour... The other food tat i ordered were ok... For the price advertised the food does not excel... Always disappointed in eating here...

Ambient atmosphere. You can order via online menu after scanning QR code. The service are quite fast but it is a hassle that you need to pay first prior completing your order. I wish this aspect can be improved in the future as commonly you pay after finish eating your meal The taste of the food are quite alright. The staff are friendly.

I was with my three friends all the way from jb having our dinner at Nando’s aeon Melaka. Waitress named ily was so friendly and professional. Her PR is good as a person who meet with the guest.

Chicken was succulent and the service was great.

I always order a quarter chicken with 2 side dishes. The quarter chickens were getting smaller and it reduce my satiety. Other than that, i have to complain about the unappealing feature of the washing hand basin whereby its quite difficult to turn it on and the soap is very hard to get. Otherwise, other is as good as it can get.

The service was very nice. their friendly staff was very helpful. the food was superb cooked perfectly and served while its still hot. the cleanliness of the store is also very good never have any issues with the cleanliness and the food quality.

We received our food reasonably fast ; due to low occupancy. Staff were attentive and friendly ; letting us know that rewards in apps are redeemable at payment counter. Normal ordering as usual through the QR code. As usual chickens never disappoint. Juicy & succulent. But the rice was dry. If I were to take the rice only, it would be tasteless. Overall, would definitely come again.

Parts of the food are burnt, not really worthy as the portion is small and quite expensive, the seats are too compact

Comfort place. Spacious. If you are not familiar with their menu, they are more than happy to assist.

Hasn’t dined in at Nando’s for quite some time so I was glad to find out that I can just scan the QR code to order. But wasn’t sure why the staff told me to pay at the counter even though there is an option to pay online after placing the order. Other than that, everything was perfect.

Order through online app. Friendly staffs. Appreciate the gesture when they wished me when I had my iftar. I waited about less than 10 or 15 minutes for my food to arrive after placing order using online link (they provide QR code to view the menu and directly order & make purchase). Can pay by cash, card, and even online banking (FPX). Now they change to online order by scanning qr code. In this way can minimise the contact with staff but i guess it may be inconvenient for elderly. Now you need to pay before enjoy your meals. Service is really fast and efficient 😉 Also they keep customers with certain distance also which is really great during this pandemic 👍🏻

Was served rice on a cracked plate, hot choc got bugs floating in it, they claim machine jam when requesting for another cup of hot choc so we settled for orange juice

I think the online orders at not for elderly. It takes more than 15 minutes to order due to the app. Then waited and didn't know we have to pay before getting our food. Waited again and was told to pay first. After a while the the order are out. I think after almost 20 or more, we only get to eat. Above all, the app is not user friendly for old generation. For elderly, please take orders manually. When you get upset, you don't have appetite to eat

Nice ambience and comfortable seat. Nowadays no physical menu, meal ordering through website with QR code scan and payment is made during checkout then we can just left after meal. They accept variety eWallet and Credit Card. Staffs are friendly
