honestly speaking, initially I think their services was quite alright and been there once actually. However I was quite shock by their service today with one of the stuff who working over there. She is a young lady. I would say that was the worst customer service ever! She was so rude that I couldn’t believe it. I personally reckon customer have the right to ask and you as a stuff have the right to answer! That is what a good customer service about! Business is not just about making money but to treat customer right as well. The way that the young lady speak to me today was really rude that I couldn’t believe that as by the look at her she is an educated young lady. Probably not ? How can she said that the customer should be smart enough. I would say you should be smart enough to answer what customer enquiring about. Please be mind of your manners. Just a kindly reminder. Won’t ever back to this shop again. It was truly a nightmare😔

DON'T COME HERE. Lady Boss was so rude I couldn't believe it. I am only asking to print a photo from my phone, which she keeps changing the topic to other stuff like "Do you have a better copy from a professional photographer?" or "Old people don't want a small photo like that" to which we couldn't even make a choice on what size to choose. She then ask us to choose again from the other counter, but keeps wanting us to print a big size photo which we just want to print A PHOTO FROM THE PHONE! Seriously, no one should even come into this shop because they don't even bother to help the customer to solve their problem, and more than that just to add more problem to us. This is HANDS DOWN THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. This place doesn't even deserve a single star. I would only give ZERO STAR. MY GOD CLOSE THIS SHOP ALREADY!

1. POOR customer service: Customer service for this shop is really bad. There is no one willing to entertain you when you enter the shop; whereas there’s one young lady wearing specs asking quite rude on what we want? 2. POOR photographer skills: The photographer skills (one old uncle) is really poor. And he will not show you the final result of the photo to check whether customer is satisfied on the photo taken or not (So please ask from him to check on the photo taken once he capture the photo, and ask him take the photo again if you are not satisfied). Most importantly, the final result of YOU in the photo is not really photogenic (even though you are a photogenic person). 3. EXPENSIVE: The price of the passport is not worth of the final result of photo taken. SUGGESTION to the shop owner: Please hire a PROFESSIONAL Photographer for the photograph service instead of asking one old uncle who is simply capture the photo. And we are willing and happy to paid for your price if your product is worth it!

Paid almost RM1100 for graduation photo. Over priced me to the max. We agreed on a package but in the end paid for something completely different.

Believe me, u will not look nice in the photo they took. I have been here twice. Dissapointed

Customer service is not so good, and price isnt, just to email soft copy need extra charge, on top of rm12 for 4pc passport photo. I'm not thaaat unphotogenic but I always look bad in the final photo lol (been here 3 times to take passport photo). If you just need a fast and convenient place then no prob 👌

Extremely bad customer service. The old man is rude and does not attend to the customers. He was not even willing to listen to what I wanted. I was being very polite with him but it was just returned with hostility and rudeness. This used to be a good place but not anymore. Unfortunately I won't be returning here.

Their service is fast but comes with a lot of problem. The old uncle(photographer) rushed to take photos. He made of a lot of adjustments but still the photos were very bad and low in quality After the touch up they didn't give an option to choose the photo to print. Too expensive to the below mediocre service. I should've read the reviews before go.

I came here for my convocation photoshoot, passport picture, and print several pictures from my phone. The price is not so expensive compared to others studio. Maybe due to old school kind of concept and not a grand studios. I love their services, very friendly and they guide us how to pose. Aunty, you're the best!
