Worst hotel experience ever. Firstly the corridor to our room was dark, eerie and dodgy. Next when we entered the room, we were greeted by a bad smell. It smelled musty with a unflushed toilet. The floors, bedsheets and bathroom all felt like there were never cleaned in awhile. We checked out immediately as we couldn’t stay there any longer

Worst hotel ever , first of all the toilet have a lot of disgusting things and second is the ac is bad and slow, and the price is pretty expensive.the door card is broken,I suggest get a upgrade.

This place is ok for its price. Rooms are a bit old but for the price, its ok. Can't expect much.

I reserved a room but when I arrived at the hotel, they said there was no room available for me and they gave me their boss room. I'm am a muslim and they gave me a room near alcohol hang out place. Not cleaned up and dusty. Once I entered my room, I saw dust and dirty entrance. Not recommended laaa... Do you think my room worth a RM65.60?

I dont know where to start, but this is a fair definition of disaster. I have to tip toeing in the bath room because their floor is slimy. Do improve or build a new one

The budget hotel is very comfortable

OMG..my nightmare in Temerloh.. the worst hotel in my life.. room number 202 so smelly and dirty. So many cockroach in room. My 1st and last stay here. Seriously not recommended..

Toilets were not so clean. Mattress was just spring. Aircond wasn't that cold. Overall experience was just okay.

The finesse of the room is quite glaring. Needs improvement. There is unpleasant odour from the bathroom/toilet when you open its door. Should be overcome in order for the guests to have a pleasant stay. The wash basin in the bathroom is too high. The light switch by the bed is out of order. No water boiling jug for hot drink.

Good for budget stay. Changed room to another due to leaking shower hose. Second room toilet exhaust fan not functioning. Towel railing damaged. Toilet hose holder damaged. Charging extra rm 3.00 upon chec in. Receptionist said pahang state govt requirement. But no receipt given.
