Tok Ba’s host was so amazing, he really did go all the way out to make us feel comfortable, through both his actions and kind words. We truly enjoyed ourselves here, highly recommended for family, we were 3 families with 7 kids, youngest being 3 years old.

Great trail but built structures have fallen into disrepair. Overgrown at some sections with fallen trees and bamboo. Some trail maintenance would improve the overall experience. Waterfall is small with 2 levels, nice to hang out when not crowded.

At this private vicinity, you can experience and feel the calmness of the secondary jungle surroundings with the gentle fresh breeze from the green canopy above. The coolness from the small stretch of the rocky stream branch of Sungai Dara that flows through the land is a spectacular view. The Tok Bak Campsite area is an acre of land with various fruit trees, bamboo trees and other type of shrubs that have been well preserved for decades. It is very suitable for weekend campings, get-togethers and whole of outward bound activities. There is a single unit of a kampong style home stay that is suitable for one family yet the open area of land is best for campgrounds and barbecuing. I have been a regular visitor to this campsite and the experience is very memorable. I entirely recommend it.

I am stingy in giving 5 ⭐ to my review. In rare occasion will I allow the epitome of satisfaction be accorded... at least in my view. Tok Bak camp site is not for hard core adventurers or someone looking to practice his survival skills. It is a relaxed atmosphere. Tok Bak campsite definitely offer you a memorable experience where you can enjoy a large size pool area "lubuk buaya", walk through along the river and enjoy the tranquility of the camping area( campsite limited to number of pax). On future notes, please be extra carefull swimming at the large pool due to the extra depth and heavy current from the river flow. We went for water tubing but unware of the heavy current and large stone. Orang asli community are very nice and friendly. They even have mini shop inside the village providing food necessity. Went to the waterfall through tar road, junglely paths & then sometimes just used the river-ish stream for guidance. Full of leeches (if you don't like em, become leech-proof!) I'd personally rate this route around above beginner route. As 1 can loose sight of the path sometimes, whole way through too much wild boar diggings!

Return to nature within 40 mintues from kl!!! Great waterfall, nice walking trail, sufficient parking area.. Plus one more star if the local authorities can put a renting locker to keep belonging.. The rest is great.. I bet you cant be in the water more than 3 hour as it sooo cool and chill.. :)

I spend nearly 1hr trying to find the path to make the loop, however, I failed. Not sure if I couldn't find it or the path is not marked because people seldom go on a loop. This is a very good trail if you are a beginner and/or looking for a peaceful time with nature.

We only took a dip at the lower parts of the river about 500m from carpark. Saw a few cars from Selayang municipality who came to see the landslide, they left in 10mins so hopefully the landslide will be cleared off soon. As for cleanliness, the river itself was clean, clear flowing water but it was sad to see the state of the riverbank. Littered with plastics, plastic bottles, beer cans, masks, and even baby diapers. As a Malaysian, I am so embarrased and disappointed.

Awesome place. Great for children as the river is quite shallow. Unfortunately dirty n unmaintaned toilet/changing room. Do be extra careful with the resident monkeys too as they are quite naughty😅😁

Not well maintained but passable.sometimes NGO ,scouts &outdoor club will set up their program here .location has potential with clean river and outdoor trail. Perhaps too many rock at the riverbed should be remove.just a suggestion

This park is pet friendly and kite flying allowed. However, there is more to discover when you are there. Main attraction are picnic facilities, such as tables and benches for recreational activities and around it are walking tracks with clean and neat environment.

Nature lovers and adventurers will definitely enjoy immersing with the sights and sounds within the park. Mostly untouched with visible trail paths and simple amenities such as toilets and a carpark, this makes it accessible for adventure seeking adults. Monkeys and wildlife are abundant so come prepared. The park is not disabled friendly.

Chill place for relaxation the water are cool, enjoyable for kids to play around, safety is important with guidance. The walking trail to be careful a bit. With few maintenance done and the place is good.

A suitable place for a family trip. It is a place to relax your mind and cool. The view is so beautiful with cool air. Children's love to see the monkeys around.

This place is recommended for people who loves nature and want to out of the town sometimes. It is relaxing and peaceful. I would love to come again next time. The waterfall scenery is very breathable.

River is crystal clear, can still hear lots of insects making different music. We need to take ownership of our own forest. Those who chose to picnic here, kindly bring back trash home. Pity the pakcik makcik clean up on Monday after monkeys ransacked our own rubbish. Moving forward citizen is when we think of others.

Unsafe place. It would be a very nice place but Is really unsafe to hiking. I tried to ho there today, a motorbike approached to me and the man told me he was a policeman asking me money. My First bad experience in Malaysia.
