I had a house and sell the unit because 1. Bad and unfriendly management and security guards 2. The worst, they don’t have storage for parcels. If courier want to send ur item but ure not at home, they have to come another day. 3. You cannot bring laptop or books at level 7 which is lounge and pool area (stupid, i know) 4. Lif constantly out of service 5. I heard from students that the guards assaulted them just because of a duplicate card 6. Guards scratching cars issue are true If you want to buy a unit here, think twice. Go for Sky Residence instead.

The facilities are ok. But the rules are ridiculously VERY strict. 1. The security guards are rude. One time the courier guy deliver my item and im not at home that time, the guard called me and say "barang besar takboleh tinggal sini ya" and then they ended call immediately. Couldve just said it nicely, but still, the rules doesnt make sense at ALL. If im not at home then susah lah, satu hal pulak the courier guy have to reattempt delivery because of the nonsense rule. 2. Those table and chair at swimming pool level 7 for what ah? Decoration issit? There's one time this guard scolded my friend for bringing a mineral water. MINERAL WATER. Want to eat there cannot, study also cannot like what? 3. Some of the guards cannot speak malay well. Imo the management should atleast hire someone who can understand/speaks malay well??? Bahasa melayu should be basic language that everyone can understand.

Such a nice high-rise building but, hardly find a public toilet. Public toilet locked at all times. If you are not the residents you have to look for near by store owner to borrow their access card to open if you want to use the public toilet.. So bad.

Paid rent but being treated like illegal outsiders in order to get in. 1 card for 1 person is ridiculous. N most of the time the guards only targeted muslim female students.

I don't stay here just a visitor to the store. If read all the reviews all about security issue. Now I can relate that. I can tell you if you want something to fight you can try the guard at here. They are ready to accept your challenge. Or even you did nothing they will provoking you.

Lol, although there are many facilities but very strict. We who pay for the house, not the security guard. RACIST!

don't stay here unless you wanna be with bunch of students. you'll feel like youre staying in hostel
