Disappointed as Chanel member. there is no special offer ppackage or special gifts to members during the birthday month, or there is no attractive present or gifts even with certain value spent. this is because the shop located at tourist spot Sky Avenue Genting, and the company not really much concern about the customer traffic or repurchase again. disappointed

Worst chanel branch I’ve ever been to. Staffs are rude and they treat potential customers poorly. Hoping the management could do something about this.

was served by a certain Stanley. Stanley was friendly and patient. Giving advice along the way. Finally, i bought a Bleu de Chanel. will visit if i visit Genting again.
