Many commend staff here very friendly for me there is nothing to shout out as this is service industry & per treatment here cost at least rm400 is not cheap like we go for a facial . End of April 22 Went for the trial (cost rm388) body feel a bit different , so I signed 20 sessions package with consultant Penny , but after 10 session found out the consultant should advice me signed up 10 for slimming mixed with 10 for hormones . Why ? Throughout the appointments few times done by Therapist Hazel which much more better than the consultant (who earned the commission from the thousand package I signed ) because of her persistently skills. Hazel always full of passionate & energy in what she doing. After that met the region manager Nichole is the BEST in this center so far , she is very professional not only willing helped me do treatment when outlet short handed , but also shared with me not only beauty but sliming tips . Unfortunately the staff turn over here is high ( you get what I mean if the management is good why staff left ?) . After the 20 sessions end At Mid of November 2022, i don’t see consultant Penny & region manager Nichole anymore also heard that therapist Hazel resigned , WORST part is I don’t get the result I want at all because body had immune keep doing same treatment in 6 months & don’t get me wrong I never miss any appointments came every week after paid almost rm9k. The other consultant still approached me top up the package during my 18th session, as a customer will you still consider after above experiences? At the beginning they should professional enough proposed me the correct mixture package like 6 sliming at correct part of my body + 7 detox + 7 hormones i believe there will have very good results , definitely top up the package after complete the 20 sessions. I just gave my honest opinion & not bias to anyone as a bank manger who are used to be do sales & service oriented too .Although Curvena is different from outside having many type of treatments , but as a prof consultant should give the best for customers & not to hit sales target is their main purpose in fact asked customer buy A first later ask u add on B, then C.. 不忘初心的商家已不存在！

Did the lymphatic drainage massage and it was one of the best treatment I’ve had so far so I was very eager to make another visit the month after. However, things change my masseuse wanted me to purchase the package after my treatment which i said I'm going to come for a second time with an ala carte price (more expensive per session than the package) then decide if its really worth purchasing the package (10sessions). She pushed and pushed for me to get the package and i consistently said no. After, she got out from the room and ignored me even when I said thank you. This is very bad as I was potentially going to be a repeat customer but not after what I had gone through.

Initially they asked me to give them 5 stars review. After few months consideration, I decided to give honest review. I personally like service therapist ,Ms Hazel. She is caring and consistent service me for the rest 7/8 treatments. I signed up 10 packages but end up no much improvement. One of the sales consultant pushed me to sign up another 10 packages again but I reject it.End up She told me the one I sign up the previous package was ineffective =.= , the most useful treatment is fat melting injection ! I feel that I be cheated. They also always use different contact number to contact me too. I feel that customer service is not professional too.

My first time here to do the emsculpt & 360 treatment. Overall the ambience are great, the therapists are good too except the unfriendly branch manager. She was so unprofessional when she replied me and seriously she need to go for a customer service training !! Never ever asked your customer come back next time if I’m in hurry!! You should hav explained in a proper manner … i didn’t get her name, she is on duty 16th Jan 2023 at 12;30pm

I chose Curvena to try EM sculpt for the first time last Sunday and they did not disappoint. I’ve had less than pleasant experiences in the past, so I was skeptical when I came in here. After consultation, I decided to package my trial with a fat vacuuming treatment and they served RESULTS! I lost 1cm around my waist after just one session! The branch manager Su Anne, made me feel very comfortable and was very clear in her explanation. She provided a few options to help me achieve my body goals, without all the unnecessary hard selling, phew! After signing up for a few treatments/membership, I also received some samples! I really enjoyed my time here and am so relieved to finally find a place I’m comfortable with ❤️ 10/10 recommended

Fun and relaxing steam and sauna session. I love the herbal tub too. The staff were attentive and friendly. Good place to unwind and relax for 3 hours.

Curiosity led me to Curvena. I never thought there will be this kind of spa. Its like multifunctional spa. I had a great experience here during my first trial. Penny have provided a very good explanation throughout the process to help me understand the benefits of the programs. So i decided to continue my session here. Other staff also friendly and helpful. The environment also convenient and comfortable. Definitely love here!

First time having a treatment here. I did the Magneto fork for the lymphatic drainage. It was a very good experience and my therapist Yoke Shen was really attentive. The place is really nice and clean and felt relaxing. At first you will go through a body test to know more about your body weight, fat, water retention and the consultant will explain to you if the treatment is suitable or not based on the test. What I like is it's women only. Definitely will recommend Curvena to my friends.
