i went to SUBWAY IOI CITY MALL today around 5.30 p.m. and there was a big guy with neck length haircut who was taking my order. why the heck he is so moody/unfriendly??? i said "hi i want 3 cookies" he didn't even say hi or asked what did i want to order. even, gave my balance without even saying thank you. i did say thank you and he didn't even reply me. so rude and disrespectful. what kind of attitude you were trying to show? please keep your ugly attitude to yourself and treat your customer nicely next time.

Very frustrating. What an experience! Very bad attitude of one of the staffs, DID NOT even listen carefully to the very SIMPLE instructions. DID NOT EVEN APOLOGIZE for his mistake! When did I asked for extra onions? And the sauce? Kids can do better, trust me. And the most frustrating part was wait what, we need to pay by cash? Nowadays we're in cashless mode right? My suggestions, train your staff on how to say sorry, train your staff on how to speak politely even when the customer was angry! Everyone has problem but we as the customer, we don't even need to know that. The key word here "ikhlas". Subway please take action. You're losing money due to this attitude of your staffs. Thanks!

Sometimes it can get too crowded because this particular outlet is not that big. If you wish to have a good time without much crowd, come in early. But sometimes even if you come early, they are not prepared 😅 So yeah, try your luck

The scoop handle has thick mold. Eeewwwww. It can touch the food when scooping. The staff who made the subway wore gloves on right hand and the same hand is used to hold the knife, the oven, even to crack the egg. He is also seem very uninterested in the job. He pressed on the bread so much when cutting. Scooped tuna on one side and then push some to the middle while pushing down so hard on the bread. I had to refuse veg as I don't want his gloved hand touching vege. In the end, the bread ended up flattened and become thin & chewy. I also could only eat two bites as the image of the moldy scoop plays on my mind. If you go there, have a look at the scoop handle. The inner part is like neglected toilet that is covered with moss.

The bread was crispy and not soggy. The only problem was while one man was preparing my order, another man was sweeping crumbs off his side and the crumbs were flying every where, even onto the ingredients!

Bought 2 pieces of subway from ioi city mall outlet today between 3.30pm till 4.00pm. The bread was not properly heated by the staff thus making it my worst ever subway experience. I am sure this is all time controlled but the staff was pure lazy.

Bad experience... I am subway fan and always have been but this place really make me wanna burn the place down.. I didn't get my cup or receipt and i pay full price. The staff talk to me and giving me an attitude. If you dont want to work, just leave. I ask for extra vege and he didn't even listen to me and just give me eye side...

Subways are great for a healthy lunch or quick bite. Service here was a bit of a miss - not enough workers for lunch and customers had to wait around 5 mins before their turn. Sandwich quality average, vegetables were fresh. There were a few dirty tables so the place could’ve been maintained better.
