One of the strategic location this KFC restaurant which is operates 24 hours with air-conditioned at the bridge which is connected to both rest stop R&R Sg Buloh North and South of PLUS Highway. While dining here, you may look down the spectacular view of the expressway traffic flows day and night from this overbridge restaurant.

Stand at the counter waited for 5 mins to order breakfast when I am the only customer , 2 of the staff passed by and I keep calling them but they juz ignored, one of them wearing manager uniform and I am sure she saw me. The staff only came to the counter after he settle his work and come out tell us to order at the kiosk 😅 Now I understand why the restaurant few shop next to KFC have better business than them

All KFC in Malaysia are great place to eat. The food is delicious and the staff very warm and friendly. This KFC is cool because it is built directly above the expressway

Very slow service. Even not many customers. You have to pay attention whether the food is ready, because they didn't inform you when the food was prepared.

I had dinner at KFC Jejantas Sungai Buluh. The food tasted as expected for fast food, but the hygiene was poor It is really a special experience enjoying your KFC with hundreds of vehicles passing below your feet. I was disappointed by the cleanliness and service at KFC Jejantas Sungai Buluh. The food was nothing special, just typical fast food. The table I sat at was not wiped properly and the glass window overlooking the highway was smudged with fingerprints. It looked like they didn’t care about the appearance of the restaurant. The sauce stations were also a letdown. One of them was closed for no reason and the other one only had chili sauce available. I wanted some ketchup or mayonnaise for my fries, but there was none. I took a picture of the sauce station to show how bad it was. I hope PLUS and KFC will take this feedback seriously and improve their hygiene and service standards.

just a disappointment how the staff treats customer.. the screen for numbering is broken..and im just asking because my number is already stated for pick up..with that annoyed face this failure came and answer me with such an inappropriate way.. busy time doesnt mean u can treat customer like that.. he seriously need more training when dealing with the customer services.. being the front line in such services really acquire a great management..

The order kiosk is out of service so some of us queued up to order our food. Staffs were avoiding any eye contact possible and did not have the courtesy to ask us to wait. We were clueless if anyone is gonna take orders. They went on to work like we dont exist before the order counters for a good 15minutes, before we walked off. Not a good representation of how welcoming Malaysians can be.

Need proper cleaner to clean the place, No straw when they give straw cups instead of sip cup. I ordered large Pepsi but they gave 4 small cups of Black pepsi which is worse taste. I ask about it, they just say no stock. Such iresponsible management

The only KFC over the NS Highway. It is really a special experience enjoying your KFC with hundreds of vehicles passing below your feet. This KFC is now using the ordering machine, and customer will wait for their turn to take the food based on the ordering number. This KFC used to be having very bad impression that the ventilation was bad and it smells all around, very sticky and oily floor, and very dirty table and chairs. It is much better now. But still a lot of things that can be improved. We were disappointed by ordering the Time Limited Arabians Chicken, it tasted like Chinese Sichuan spices with plenty of sugar ~ a sweet fried chicken. Everyone should avoid order this item. It is better to order their standard dishes.

First of all the kiosk was offline. Then only one counter was operational. I queued up for 20minutes and when it was my turn to order, they staff says only burger was available. And it was only 9.30pm and the staff told me only take away no dine in. Very disappointed with the service

This is a fast food restaurant which operates 24 hours. It may be a great place to have meal during the non-peak hours. The order is taken manually by kiosk (machine). However, the payment can only be made by either cash or debit/credit card. Although it’s given an option to pay via E-wallet unfortunately it was malfunctioned. The service here is satisfactory perhaps the time I visited was too late and not too crowded. The hygiene is considered as satisfactory too.

All the person q here and the staff here attitude is very bad, wait for 10 minutes and push us the kiosk. Food preparing is very slow. Very bad in service

Came before 10pm on Friday night. Very bad. Rice, fries finished. Even tomato ketchup was not available. Please standby for more counter/manpower for peak time. Or at least please alert people coming in what's not available so ppl don't waste time queing up

Worst from A-Z. Very slow service. Need to order by their machine but the system not okay. Water NO ICE! Small chicken and taste bad. Not enough staff to handle all. Everything worse ! Not worth at all

I think they need more staff especially during the festival day. Plus, most of the staff are not friendly and some just ignore me when I call them at the counter for cash payment.

KFC is ok here. A few other outlet i visited lately, the chicken tasted bad and it a bit smelly like unfresh chicken. I dont know why but that make me feel like...uuhh. I hope KFC will strictly maintain the quality of their chicken in every outlet

Had their mac n cheese for the first time. Wanted to months ago was unable due to only available for brekfast at selected outlet. Finally able to. Am satisfied with it.

Childhood dream restaurant where you can have the front row seat on top of the busy highway while enjoying your favourite colonel burger.

The view from this KFC is amazing. Enjoy spend my dinner here. Cozy place. Less people at night. And suprisingly cashier name was same with me.

i loved chicken and burger , nuggets , fries and chezzy wages are my favorite. the services is good enough, which is very few time so its still enjoyable. and i usually have overleft ranch from previous trips stored in my fried.
