When
you
are
passionate
about
your
art,
it
shows.
Anyone
who
has
tried
the
croissants
and
viennoiseries
baked
by
the
loving
hands
and
heart
of
the
talented
Taufique
will
be
able
to
feel
and
taste
that
magic.
What
is
a
really
good
croissant?
It’s
the
superbly
flaky
crust
baked
to
a
golden
tan,
with
airy
honeycomb,
balanced
with
sweet
notes
and
savoury
tang
of
lactic
butter,
like
these
gorgeous
ones
here.
I
like
my
croissants
with
a
little
heft
and
the
honeycomb
not
so
dry
and
these
are
just
perfect.
You
can
taste
the
quality
of
the
French
AOP
butter,
I
was
told
Isigny
Sainte-Mère
was
used
and
though
I
do
not
profess
to
be
able
to
tell
the
delicate
differences
and
complexities
of
the
terroir
in
all
the
great
French
AOP
butters
though
I
do
use
them
in
my
own
bakes,
but
I
could
definitely
taste
fineness
and
deliciousness
here.
I’ve
tried
croissants
in
many
places
in
France,
in
Paris,
Cannes,
Aix,
Provence,
Les
Sables,
Avoine,
Cappelle
la
Grande,
and
various
towns
and
I
liked
the
ones
from
Du
Pain
et
des
Idées
best.
Outside
of
Du
Pain,
I
can
say
for
me,
these
beautifully
and
lovingly
hand
laminated
croissants
come
very
close
and
are
the
best
I
have
ever
had.
Hands
down
the
best
croissants
in
KL.
Don't
forget
to
try
their
coffee,
they
are
certainly
done
right!
11
stars
out
of
10,
because
all
that
care
in
his
craftsmanship
and
excellent
service
deserves
more.
This
is
almost
a
one
man
show,
have
a
bit
of
patience
when
it
gets
busy,
and
you
will
be
rewarded
with
yummy
stuff.
