Without fail always wrong food when i took drive tru. They don't even bother to fix the screen for drive thru Always no milo panas for happy meal. Change to hot choc but always charge extra. Always slow. Staff probably lack of training. Food not properly prepared. Sample of scrambled egg muffin. Where's the white cream?? To make things worse the nearby branch (kota emerald anggun) is even worse. Update Oct 2022: The order display still broken for don't know how long already. And the order always wrong. Update Feb 2023: They fixed the display, but now quite often drive tru accept cash only. For cashless folks like me this is troublesome.

It has been many times, the food I ordered is always wrong, the large portion becomes a small portion, or it is simply missed, and the money is still counted! And isn't this fast food? Why ive to wait more than 1 hour for the food to come out, and get the food wrong? !

This is my worst experience with dine in mcd. I’ve checked the availability of squishmallows archie & wendy in advance as I want to collect them both. They were available after the staff check for it & show us both is available. I waited around 30minutes to collect my order & the same staff inform me that archie is out of stock so i have 2 wendy with me. Then I continue to eat my orders, only to found out that one spicy chicken is swapped with 4pcs nugget without informing me. I then went back to counter to change my order. The same staff inform me spicy chicken is out of stock so they only can give me nugget. But out of sudden an order came in with chicken and they hand out it in front of me. While my order was earlier than hers. Why would you swap a chicken order with nugget while it’s still available? Then I insisted to get my chicken and they tell me to wait for 45 minutes just for a piece of spicy chicken. Also while waiting, some guys went to the cashier to change his 2 archie squishmallows but the cashier, I suppose the manager (with purple suit) rudely said that ‘sama je encik, kita tak ada stock’. She refuse to change the 2 same squishmellows he gets. So, I approach him and we swap with each other. Why would you do that mcd? I get 2 same wendy & he gets 2 same archie. The staff that I dealt with is a small malay girl but one of your staff wears any name tag. I am really disappointed in this service. Please improve this service right away. You are not being reasonable at all.

I went to Tasik Kebun Bunga, Serendah last week for a family day and we stop by at McD for a quick bite. Roughly estimated sbout 20 minutes to go to McD Rawang from Tasik Kebun Bunga, Serendah. I can saya the staf there is professional and also patient to serve customers.

We requested our order to be sent to our table. It was sometimes to receive it, more than 10 minutes. The burgers were not warm already. We were informed it was due to staff shortage

Reasonable drive thru service. I like Burger King's burgers more because they are juicier. However the nearest Burger King outlet is at AEON Rawang which is too out off the way from where I live.

The stupidest service ever, first ordered thru drive thru didnt recoeve the drink so we went second round and informed end up the staff upgraded the order without informing, so orderd extra again and this time the took the money for that order but didnt give it to us, since I were on call I rushed out from the drive way due car was waiting and went home realizing we didnt recieve the order for what we paid extra 🖕🏻🤬🤬, worst service ever

Order was taken by a very sweet staff,went to food counter they gave my sundae and so called hot chocolate which was luke warm first and asked me to wait for 8mins for my porridge, I waited 20mins they ended saying my fried chicken is still on the fry after another 5 mins i got all my order with half portion of cold porridge, cold fried chicken and cold fries. And my sundae became soup. Very bad service...extremely dissatisfied... Service here is getting worse 😡

At 4 p.m in the afternoon, when it's not really as busy as they can get..this is what I get for Sundae Chocolate with extra chocolate! This was after it had been rectified mind you.. such a shoddy job! I come here often and it's been amazing. Customer service + food both. This time around..a newbie perhaps manning the drive through counter?

Very the bad and worse place to go! Held up close to 30minutes before you could eventually place your order. Then out of nowhere "sorry, we dont have that we dont have this" No shame from them this one mekdi branch! Dont waste your time and money here, it's not worth it, believe me!

Very hot even indoor, convenience as near my house. I satisfied with everything there but only the playground was not acceptable. The facilities were not safety concerned. My two boys played for 14 min and came out, one back side was injured as the slides not flat and some defeated parts hurt his back. Another son both legs skin tearing as he told me was hurt while he played. Please to renovate the necessary equipments especially playgrounds, kids should be priority always.

Almost everything sold out, couldnt even order French fries.... It was around lunchtime, not even that busy. Workers were just playing around the dining area.

It was a worse experience in drive thru. The ordered was not well taken. They have promoted ice blended like no other drinks with spicy chicken mcdeluxe set. Then, sauce was not provided in the set. When we opened it to eat then only we realised the sauce was not there. Then we went there n asked for sauce then the staff said we need to ask for sauce for burger. How to eat a burger without sauce. And the ice blended straw was too small and couldn't get the drink well. The chicken fillets in the burger looked and tasted like refried. Very bad experience hope everything will be improved!

Drive thru for fast food. Warm and clean packed food. Didn't much favour the corner order taking .

Bad stock management, already knew public holiday ahead(Hari Raya Korban), fries finish, fail to inform customer before ordering, no notice for fries finish in ordering screen or at door. Self replaced fries with corns without inform customer before hand

Almost perfect except that the indoor playpen door was to heavy for children to push open. I had to be the doorman to help children playing inside who wanted to go in and out as i was seated next to the playpen.

Recently went there, I received complaint from wife that her teh tarik taste was not as satisfying as from other outlet. Space for family dine-in is not that comfortable. I was not allowed to order directly from counter -- only from self service kiosks (four in total). I was just going to order small item then, so over-the-counter transaction seemed better. Temperature inside was a bit warm, too.

I take away big breakfast and went back home just notice mcd staff left out hash brown, there is no customer in restaurant at that time, I wonder why still can make mistake on my order, really bad service!

Everything is fine, faster drive through, faster meal preparations, 24 hours. But, the toilet facility is slightly in poor condition. Not clean and not functioning taps and pipe levers

There was a funny experience happens here in the drive-thru. 😅 we was waiting in the queue.. And it was our turn to engage the intercom. But the sound was so low. We can't hear wht she was telling. But there was sound but so far. We been yelling at the intercom. Then at last we saw she was talking to the guy infront us. There was 2 intercom there tht confuse us. 🤣 So guys gentle reminder the real intercom right on the conner. Or at least show a notice to engage the intercom ahead.

I was in drive thru today. After i ordered all for my family and lastly they said i cant use debit card , only cash. I mean why they did not tell me earlier before the order ? I was queuing almost an hour . Just wasting people time

No one answered the phone. I bought 3pcs chickens i and added another 1pcs chicken. When I got home, I found that there were only 3 pcs chickens.

All of mcd food was my fav and I always order it. But takes a long time for food to be prepared. Its okay they also have a lot of people to serve. LOVE IT!!!

Frankly, I never had a good experience here especially when using their drive thru service. For numerous times, my order ended up wrongly upon receiving, either items were given wrongly or quantity was not as stated on the receipt. The worst part was, you'll never an apology for error they made Despite being ticked off on community wall in social media, no improvement could be seen.

One of the most disastrous outlets that I’ve ever visited in my life! Waiting for at least an hour to pack up my takeaway 🥡 The personnel are not patient to take your note if you have specific concerns, soberly mention that Rawang only got this branch aside from Countryhome🥹

Need a lot of improvement on the serving part. We choose to dine in but no serving numbers available for the food be served to our table so had to collect it over the counter. At the Collection Counter, no enough staff. Just waited for 20min just for a Mac chicken set (very less crowd for dine in), the food was prepared and lay around the counter for so long until I ask the counter staff about the order...

They have a computer interface you can put your order there,its easy to use for first-timer like me.Ordering fast-food have never been so easy but it could with this. Place is clean and spacy enough even in this Covid times.

The worst McDonald's outlet I've ever been to do far. Floor is not properly clean. Can feel that the floor is oily and slippery. There are more than 20 staffs in the kitchen. But took them forever to prepare the food Just order 2 burgers and few nuggets and they took more than 20 minutes to prepare.

I love the services given by the staff there. I even easily got a fast replacement for the cold burger I received. I really hope their boss pay them well with humanitarian benefits because they're really hardworking to pay the bills.

Having nightmare when we recently ordered via pandu lalu. We needed to wait nearly one hour even the place wasn't that crowded at 8 am. Importantly put your smile when serving the customers.

Shall to provide a traffic controller of traffic management to prevent any car reverse from uphill toward to drive thru route. Not all car drivers are expert to handle this ramp up, especially ladies driver or new driver or cars with no hill assist system. A lots near-miss happen recently.

Fast taking and prepare order. But sadly, the worker not say thank you after im payed even not reply back after im say thank you. Straw drink not prepare. I brought 2 porridge by drive-tru not prepare spoon need to come back. The most unbelievable.. The way he hold the the spoon now the holder but the curve one that we put food.. Now covid still active.. Where ur worker common sense🤦‍♂

Drive thru entrance need to be reconsider itls efficiency...difficult for manual motocar...i think la...you punya think i dont know....
