Need to walk the staircase to dine in - not wheelchair friendly. Self service - order at the counter, pay and collect your order. The small kakigori was like a mini with high price. Low quality ingredients and not valur for money. Shibuya toast was not crunchy and the ice cream tasted weird. Taste like some cheap ice cream.

It is located on 1st floor, staircase is between Yam Fresh and Family Mart. The strawberry cheesecake bingsu is quite good, milky ice is finely shaved like snow. In the middle of shaved ice is a small piece of cheesecake, quite interesting. There are many different choices and favors on menu, can be quite difficult to decide. Staff is nice enough to give suggestions and patient to wait for our order.

Unknowingly found this place as I was exploring Kepong. The melon and Thai tea Kakigōri was amazing. However the toast was not as buttery as I would like it to be and this could be due to the s’mores overpowering it. It did not help with my selection of chocolate mint as the ice cream. Would need to find the ice cream combination that works with the toast. Overall the desserts was good and I would definitely come back again because of it’s close proximity to my residence.

Food: Fries,spicy ramen , chicken popcorn and strawberry cheesecake bingsu The atmosphere there is very chilling and relaxing. The decorations are very eye catching,aesthetic and insta-worthy. However the food portions are quiet small and the spicy ramen was bland and cold.The fries are very good and the cheesecake bingsu was so delicious . I would definitely go back there just for the fries.

I ordered tiramisu small and kenko kakigori. I didn’t like the staff attitude at all. We waited quite some time to order despite knowing our presence at the counter. That’s okay lagi but when they gave the tiramisu, it didn’t come with the tiramisu gravy like usual. My friend asked for it from the counter and they replied oh the tiramisu gravy only served for large portion. I have went to 3 other mykori brance and also I am a big fan of mykori tiramisu and mykori always served with the tiramisu gravy. Ultimately disappointed by this branch. Will never come her again. Section 7 Mykori serves the best potion, presentation and attitude.

Great dessert cafe to chill out with friends. Desserts here are all taste good.

Noise from upper level is quite loud zumba place. The food taste is great The plate , tray looks old and bad condition plus dirty ,bowl have crack and chip here and there.

No one clean the tables, plain water need pay RM1.50, food not finish take away also need pay RM1.50 for plastic and box, everything self service

Like going mykori for ice. The price is much affordable compared to other ice stores, and the portion is big enough to share with family. Many varieties to choose from. Recommended :)

Aircond not cold enough. Disappointed dessert size - large size looks like mini size. Rang door bell and waited for a few moment, only unlock door for customers. Strongly Not recommended.

the food quality has gone to drain, used to visit here frequently a year ago, a year gone and the portion of every dishes has shrunk more than 50 per cent; ingredient used is not fresh and an add on tomato sauce for the french fries have a surcharge of MYR 2. time to pack and leave soon

The dessert presentation is only so so at first glance. But the portions were sitting on too small a bowl. Maybe half the fun is trying to scoop each spoonful without spilling. But we didn't succeed. The fresh mango dessert we had was way too sour. Even after balancing out with another sweeter dessert, your face still cringes from the sourness. Price is also a little on the high side. I had been to another similar place where the servings are also much bigger and the price is even lower. I will certainly not be coming back.

Perhaps different outlet have different ways of doing their shaved ice? Hmm... Prefer the shaved ice from kaki yuki or aftermeal dessert. They tasted better with extraordinary flavours. Overall that disappoint me is their service (at least give me a warm welcome?); they are still room for improvement. Oh yeah kindly provide us with more payment channel than paying by cash since we're in the cashless society rn plus less hand to hand physical contact just scan/wave & all done. p/s: The bingsu supposed to be served in a watermelon shell but too bad they're out of it & they did offered a 10% discount thank you.

The Thai milk tea kakigori is a must-try! Pretty spacious area with a lot of seating; I went on a Saturday around 3pm and there was ample seating to choose from. Customers will need to take the menu from the counter first, then only order at the counter. Serving time wasn't too long either, but the tray is very heavy with two kakigori so be careful. Additionally, the place is not disabled-friendly because it's on the first floor and only stairs are available.

very bad Experience never visit again . 10Pm close shop. but the shop show close at 1030pm. we even call staff just give us few minutes to celebrate birthday , He din't even give chance.

Compared to last visit 3 years ago, things changes a lot. Now RM 17 can only get a mini size which is very small. The normal size has increases to RM 23. Slightly expensive.

The food is good BUT one of your waiter very no manners and Oder me to put back the chair !!!
