Love this place so natural and calm and high class. It blend into the natural sorrounding of Templer park. From KL city you have to make a U turn to reach the junction going into this place. Landmark Shell station Jln Kuching Selayang Gombak road otw to Rawang. From Rawang just turn left before Shell. Still you are not there yet. You have to turn right in another junction. And there are some housing estate on your left , Eco Setia gallery and clubhouse is on your right.

I’m a member of the Templer’s Club, Setia-Eco Templer. Decent gym for people who simply want to keep fit. No eateries yet, except a small nasi-lemak stall on the premises. Staff quite friendly. Great price for senior citizens. Environment is great. Very good swimming pool. Once the haze clear, the show Village is such a good optics opportunity.

I have registered Rumah Selangorku Pangsapuri Cenderawasih at Setia Eco Templer and successfully get picked as balloter, after signed the project selangorku house - pangsapuri cenderawasih dated back 2017 May, after 2 years, which is 2019 MAY SP SETIA told me that the project due to some “restriction” the project need to be changed to townhouse. Then I notified to ballot the house unit and succeed to signed up again and proceed the loan application. It’s more than 1 year and all my loan application ready, but the project still didn’t update any status, and agent only tell me that person in charge will update me, but till now no any update. SP setia agent just notified me that the project might cancelled due to MCO affected the budget and quota, I wonder why government initiated project can be simply cancel due to “MCO” and the budget for project should be allocated upfront properly for any circumstances. I wish SP SETIA can give proper answer and hopefully the selangorku project which is to assist middle income group to purchase their first home that is compulsory to be built by developer will not because of some ridiculous reason/Business interest hijack the project and snatch away those applicant that supposed to get the chance to buy affordable home. I have lose confident with SP setia developer as what they promise might change without any valid reason and delay without any answer or update.
