I will not give any star. Their rate is outrageous based on facilities they provide. Dirty bedsheets, smelly room, light bulb keep jumping and I can’t take proper shower bcoz they prepare 3 bottle body lotion instead of body shampoo & hair shampoo. Beside their water pressure too low, like I will b forever in the bathroom. Not only that, their towel is tear off with 2 big holes. Seriously, they charge us RM130 is worse than RM40 motel facilities.

customer service on the day we checked in is better when checking out time the receptionist did not even smile and I need to wait longer even ringing the bell a few times. around 5 am there's an electricity problem the whole room/floor blacked out and it takes time to light up back. besides that the tv is just 3 channels, wifi is slow rather use my internet. it suits for 1 night stay and not recommended for more

Booked standard twin 2 nights stay for my families. Foul smell, no windows, only two options of tv channel. receptionist not.helpful, asking for changing room for second night stay, told us only to discuss this matter the next day because its next day matter according to them. in the end the next day telling us the room is not changeable.

A good budget hotel, well located in a lively neighborhood, with lot of restaurants and yet a quiet place. Staff is really helpful and informative, the night clerk is doing a great job. The room is confortable, with amenities, towels and working air-con. A good place for a short and comfortable stay.

They having a good service and very polite and positive workers in the hotel. I liked it a lot. The facilities are good and peaceful environment.

Don't check in here! Worst place The bedsheet has blood stain and pillow was yellowish. Room was not clean. Changed to another room, and encountered bed bugs. Checked out immediately as don't want to ger infected.

No Star at all! Rubbish hotel!! Don't stay, you will regret. No service, room & floor dusty, requesting vacuum no staff, parking no one can help to pay, zero service at all. Rubbish!

Aircond water dripping with noise. Bedsheet smells. Curtains with stain. Water heater not functioning properly. Not worth the room rate charged.

Hotel was quite okay, although the air-condition wasn't working well. The guy in the reception was very nice and smiling, which made our stay a lot better.

If you want a place to stay only, it’s decent. It is what it is.

I never have such bad experience before staying here. 1.The room is dirty 2. The bed sheet is dirty with stain of something wet and smelly 3. The pilow is very bad smelly with stain. It's very much obvious they just put someone's used stuff without washing. 4. The towel is also dirty. 5. Got mosquito inside the room 6. And smells bad inside room , as well the common area are bad smelly of smoking. 7. The reception Mr. Tinagaran is harsh. I really hope the management will look after the issues. Thanks.

Really good and comfortable rooms, except for the terrible TV (not functioning properly) and poor AC remote control (not functioning properly)

1.Not well organized and poor system. We booked 3 rooms and it was regretting. 2 I have change my room 3x due to Aircond not working My advice: Check the Aircond before handing over the keys to Costumers. 3.The rooms were dusty and stained on the bed sheet. 4. Check out timing was 12pm... They in active the cards at 11am . This was very rediciouls and not fair for the customers . 5. We have to chase them for towel and toiletries.

Toilet no lock!pillow not comfortable..Cleaness not much..overall only.. Towel not clean..and bad reception wvwn when ring the bell in counter their is no people reception infront..Disgusting

Ive been to hundreds of hotels but this hotel is the worst hotel ever. Its quite pricey compare to what it looks like.. I paid only rm20 for a hotel in Penang but it much better than this hotel.. Dirty bedsheet, toilet urghhh.. 'Sombong' staff macam hotel bapak dia punya.. I never leave a bad review in this website but i dont want anyone else to feel what i feel so im writing this comment.. Go stay another hotel and if other hotel is quite far, its actually worth it than staying in SAHARA HOTEL!

Good service.. but need to be improved take 1 cleaner to clean up the room for cust who's staying more than 1 nite..bcoz when we got out then back to the room and its unclean exactly like we r paying the baget hotel with expensive price..

Receptionist on duty looked like she didn't know her job. We weren't given fresh towels when we checked in. And the water heater was not really working.

Very privacy, but no towel provided. Best services and great place but the room are kinda small and not soundproof enough

Suddenly no towel provided because towel is finished,when asked if the towel available for the next day,the staff cant give confirmation, no deposit receipt was provided as the staff say,their system is down.Why cant write on manual receipt? It is understandable their hotel is like no star,but please work like a star. And the worst is,the hotel now under OYO,big name for cheap hotel. I am not coming to the hotel ever.

Not so clean & price not cheap. Too expensive if compare KL, Segamat & Penawar hotel price
