    Been training with the personal trainer (Daniel) for the past 3 week. Great experience as he always provide professional guidance and training, and always keep track on my diet. Drop 2.2 Fat% in 20 Days Good facilities and environment. Clean and well-equipped.

    When I first meeting my personal training session with Jacky (Personal Trainer), I did not do any exercises .I had struggled with my weight and body image ,wanted to strengthen my body, my bones and my heart. As been a life-changing experience for me. I have to say I found him great to motivate and help me achieve some of the results I wanted. I really enjoyed my workouts and felt great while I've as doing it. Working out with Jacky has helped me understand my body better, understand my body well enough and how it reacted to certain forms of exercise. I have made breakthroughs in understanding my own physical limits and, what works and what doesn’t, and structuring my workouts accordingly. We started out slowly and as a result, I was able to build up my stamina and greatly improve my strength and have lost weight. I would highly recommend If you want to strengthen your body and build or rebuild confidence, anyone who wants to better their quality of life to work with Jacky ( Personal Trainer),can help you with the skills you need.

    Getting Real Fitness on the website, call in for trial class, they assign PT - Bryan Woon for my trial class. PT Bryan is an energetic & smiling face guy, he has analysis my physical condition with his expertise. Finally I hv signed up 30 session with PT Bryan. Looking forward my Gym journey with PT Bryan to achieve my fitness goals. (Low body fat physical condition)

    I had no fitness experience until I met my pt Kery ng in just 2 months My figure has changed a lot. Kery is a very professional and serious coach. His instructions on movements are very standard. He adjusted a lot of my wrong movements and then slowly adjusted my diet. My figure has changed a lot in a short period of time. It is worth recommending.

    Trained with PT trainer Romeo, he was very helpful and knowledgeable about all of my doubts and I’m very happy with my progress. The gym facilities were also good. Nice and clean environment. Would recommend their services.

    Had a good fitness journey with my PT, LiHao, who is very professional and friendly in guiding me throughout every training sessions. Been training with him about 2 and a half months now and I’ve lost 8% of body fats. He explains each exercise clearly and push me harder to achieve my goals. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a professional PT :)

    Daniel is a fantastic personal trainer! I have been training with him for 6 months now with the goal of feeling better in my body every day, and I feel more motivated than ever. Thanks to his nutrition and exercise support. I’ve gained healthy weight, got fitter and feel so much healthier! He is super reliable and whenever I ask him question, he always get back to me very quickly. If you follow his advice, you will get results! Highly recommend ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    My trainer-Li Hao, who with professional knowledge, patient and well explain on every training part. Guild and motivate on training and help to break through on your limit. Lose 2% fat in 1 and half month. Highly recommend if u looking for PT! The gym is clean and there are more than sufficient type of equipments to work out and most importantly- equipments are always well-maintained, all the equipment are sanitize after used!

    Facts that I like bout the gym: ☝️ The ambience - The staffs keep the ambient temperature under decent control depending on the weather and the time; you will neither be too hot/stuffy nor freezing to death throughout your training. - The staffs are always friendly to keep you welcome and comfortable! ✌️ The equipment - Sufficient equipment to ensure you complete your training without much hesitation. - Well-arranged dumbbells, kettlebells and plates keep me happy 🤣 👌 The people - You will get to meet some good people in the gym who are willing to help you if you seem to be struggling (especially among girls 🥰). Never fail to learn more in the gym! ------ After numerous visits, I decided to commit to their PT sessions, particularly with Joash. 🤝 He can get everything tailored based on your goal and current condition! 🤝 He will guide you on your diet plan (it is never about chicken breast and broccoli only 😂), cardio, and the proper execution of the exercises. 🤝 There is no need to worry about him not paying attention to you throughout your training with him too! 🤝 Most importantly, he can advise you constructively about how the word "fitness" should be perceived in one's life. ------ So, don't wait, just go!

    Since April 2022, I have participate in 30 sessions of one on one personal training witb Real Fitness. I would like to express my gratitude to my PT - Daniel for spending his valuable time creating a training and diet schedule that allowed me to significantly increase my muscle mass and decrease body fat in just one month.     Best gym in the area so far. Equipments are all well maintain and sanitized frequently by staff and members. They have all the basic equipments which is good enough for a regular joe but if you need more weights and do calisthenics, I would recommend somewhere else.

    The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They provide Inbody scan to analyse your body conditions and which part of your body should improve on. That's really helpful especially for people who wanted to achieve their fitness goal would be great for them to keep track on their muscle mass & body fats. I've signed up their personal training program. My trainer Romeo is very professional and friendly. He personalised a training program that suits me & guide me on my posture through out the training session .I've been working on strength training and I can see my improvement after a few sessions!

    I had an awesome experience training with Romeo almost a month. He is an excellent trainer and is very understanding ad he explains all the equipment and what it does . He has already greatly helped me improve my posture, technique& body. He always provide professional guidance and training, and always keep track on my diet.     I've signed up the PT sessions at Real Fitness, and the sessions are indeed fulfilling, fun and effective! I like how my coach- Jacky Tan, trained me and guided me the right forms and postures in every exercise. The trainings are personalized based on the progress of trainee. My coach, Jacky, is equipped well with professional fitness knowledge. He will first explain the purposes of each activity before we start carrying out the exercises. Meanwhile, the gym is clean and that makes you to train with a peace of mind, and the founder and trainers there are super handsome! After few PT sessions, I can observe that my chest has become slightly muscular, and my fats were reduced a bit after taking the diet plan's advice. Overall, the PT sessions had imparted the values of consistency and perseverance in me, to achieve a breakthrough in fitness goals! I hope that makes me as hot as the trainers at Real Fitness one day hehe.

    Very interactive and engaging studio classes here. The instructor is very patient at the same time energetic. Studio is very well maintained. Had terrible experience at other gyms/studios. Real fitness has everything you need under 1 roof. The gym has 3 floors worth of equipments.

    Best choice I’ve made training at REAL FITNESS . VERY friendly team who make me actually want to go train. I look forward to walking through the doors and always feel amazing when I leave.     Located near to IOI mall Puchong Selangor. During weekend or weekday it might be limited parking. You can walk in or register a membership here. Provide locker, changing room, and selling varieties of power bar or energy drink. You can also take a bath after workout here. The premise request for proof of full vaccination before enter, just for safety.

    I have been training with my Personal Trainer (Jacky) for around 2.5 months. He patiently guided me through various workouts and corrected my posture for the best results and to prevent injuries. As a newbie, I have learnt a lot from him, and I can observe significant fat loss, muscle gain and improvement in workouts under his training and diet plan. Overall, I am thankful for having Jacky as my trainer.

    Was assigned with Daniel as my personal trainer🏋🏻‍♂️ He gets on the machines or down on the floor to demonstrate each and every move. Thanks to him I’m able to learn the proper form in workouts not just for the maximum result but also for safety👷‍♀️ After 20 session I can clearly see a big different in my tummy and waist area as it’s getting curvier. It seems like my abs line is showing as well. It was 76 cm when I first started gym and now it’s 70 cm. My flabby thigh and arm is getting firmer, smaller and stronger than ever 💪🏻 At Real Fitness, their personal trainer will provide you with an individual and specific training plan base on your goals. If you don’t want a trainer who just provides cookie-cutter workouts, here’s the best gym choice for you🤞🏻

    My 2 mths+ journey here has been nothing but amazing. I have a chronic illness and having my PT Dion has been the best decision I've made. He is super patient, accomodating and motivating. He tailors a program for me to not only work on my goals but to avoid injuries on me and to help me with my overall well-being and posture. Initially, I signed up for 20 sessions but I continued for another 30 sessions and it will just keep going. The gym is clean and comfortable, so much so I can just lie down on the floor. 😊 Dion is just the right trainer you should engage. No regrets. Thank you very much Dion for guiding and wanting the best for me! 🙏

    Daniel was a great help while guiding me with my fitness journey. He was very attentive during training and responsive with my enquiries during and even after training. As a beginner, I was in good hand as he would correct my posture and movements to ensure that I was training in a safe and effective manner. With his guidance, I was able to hit my fitness goals.

    Started to go to gym when my home workout reaches a static result. However, due to a lack of knowledge, my shoulder and wrist easily got hurt whenever I lift the weight. Till I met Jacky, the Personal Trainer @ RealFitness. He has given me so much advice on diet and fitness knowledge, as well as training techniques. He would observe my diet and progress, to customise training programs accordingly for me. So far I’m in the 2nd phase of program now. Muscle mass increased by 1kg in less than 2 months’ time, with 2 days’ workout in a week. Could have achieve more if I do stick to the diet plan as taught. But I’m not a good trainee 😜 I love food, and fitness for me is all about sustainability. It’s an enjoyment when you get to enjoy the food you loved, and at the same time, stay healthy & fit. Tho my progress is slow, but it is progressive. At least my muscle mass gain and this wouldn’t happen without the guidance from Jacky. Jacky’s philosophy is to help his trainee adhere to a healthy lifestyle and to love fitness. He would keep you motivated to train happily and eventually, build a better self. Honestly speaking, tho an extremely strict diet plan and harder training may bring a faster result. But for me, I prefer Jacky’s training pattern is. A more flexible plan helps me to enjoy the fitness journey a little better and would definitely stick with it longer. Can’t wait to see a leaner body with beautiful lines for myself!

    It’s been a month since I started training with Bryan (personal trainer) and I can already see results and improvement in terms of my muscle mass, body and my ability to do heavier weights. Bryan is responsible and tentative. He pays attention to my posture and technique during training plus my diet too which really helped me improve in a short period of time. Training with Bryan is always a good time as he takes the initiative to explain the equipments and the muscle part that will be exercised, plus he is really joyful and happy always.
